If you are looking for beautiful Mediterranean island combining natural beauty and a cosmopolitan atmosphere, a boat hire in Capri is a must this summer. Located in the Bay of Naples, Capri is a boater’s paradise with its 6 kilometers long coast and sandy beaches. If you hire a boat in Capri you will have the opportunity to visit some of Italy’s most idyllic beaches.

Discover Capri, a cosmopolitan getaway

A popular holiday destination already in Roman times, it offers to the modern fan of history and art the opportunity to visit significant landmarks such as Tragara and the Blue Grotto, as well as the ruins of several Roman villas. As an island, Capri lends itself to a wonderful sailing experience, particularly if you rent a boat in Capri to circumnavigate this Italian pearl.

Since the nineteenth century, Capri has been the go-to resort of the European aristocracy and elite. For example, famous writers such as Oscar Wilde and Henry James would visit the island in the summer. The jet-set of the '30s and' 60s, including royals and celebrities such as Prince Rainier, Grace Kelly, the Windsors, Elizabeth Taylor, Aristotle Onassis, Jackie Kennedy owned holiday homes in Capri. No wonder why even today the island is considered a high-end destination where VIPs mingle with the locals and life is sweet – or ‘dolce vita’ as Italians would say. So if you charter a yacht in Capri don’t be surprised if you dock next to some of the world’s most stunning luxury yachts. Several Hollywood films have been filmed here, and many songs have praised the island’s beauty. As for the local cuisine, the Caprese Salad has taken its name from the island, as well as the Caprese cake.

Capri is great, loads of moorings and interesting caves - short trip to the mainland and plenty of restaurants to visit from mooring.

Dont waste time at too touristy spots. The island is awesome anyways... A trip with a private boat is worth the money. And the seafood at torre saracena is a must do on the island. It was the best seafood of our lifes. Nice view from the garden of augusto - nice vibes in general.

Very Beautiful Island! Tourists everywhere and it’s highly recommend to rent a boat for some quiet time. Anacapri offers more in my eyes and the prices are moderate. We had our hotel here and arrived all the different spots with a motorcycle we rented. Otherwise are taxis and the bus. The bus is old, small and hot as hell.. when he is already full he’ pass without stopping...

What a beautiful island! many romantic, nice restaurants with great views. Must; Rent a boat for a day, as many places can only be reached convenient by boat. We also recommend to rent a vespa - much fun. Go swimming in the grotto azzurra. Also don't miss Anacapri and the Amalfi coast with Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, Ravello...
