Sorry, I think the problem is with Aventura nautica, boot delivered full with bird shit, answer was: it will get dirty again anyway. What? Ladder didn't work, so how you can go on the boat after swimming, dangerous and painful, we complained, nothing happened, boat delivered 3/4 Tank filling, we gave back same situation, we be charged for full filling the tank, ??? without explanation they took from deposit. The people who brought and picked up the boat explained: "don't worry we tell the boss". Nothing happened. even phone calls from our Hotel were not answered. But there were so many other things. No rescue line for engine stop, the ropes from the towing donats were completely knotted / tangled , massed up no way to fix without instruments. Boat extremely salted covered. Bowriding door couldn't close and was fixed with toothfloss, the door was swinging and noisy whole time. I hope someone will call me now to make things clear. I called an talked so many times even before booking, no conversation possible. please take serious and contact me Let me know asap. Unfortunately I booked for a second period your boat. Dr. Michael
