Very poor coordination for the boat pick-up, they didn't specify where, and we lost a lot of time looking for the meeting point. We had to return the boat early due to bad weather and very rough seas, and the options they offered us to recover the 1/2 day lost require an additional refund on our part. Very dissatisfied.
