We rent the catamaran Aventura 37 renamed Wenny for the week of August, we rent it without a skipper or assistants on board but we pay the VIP check in to have the boat ready at 2 pm and enjoy at least the afternoon. We pay the last things to Pablo and the first problems start immediately. The boat is delivered to us dirty, hair everywhere, we even find a t-shirt that is not ours in a closet and a dirty teaspoon in another, a sign that no one had even opened them. The boat is not ready at 2 pm but in the end between one check and another we leave at 3:30 pm with the need to go with one of their skippers to fill up with diesel because apparently the previous customer had not done so so we waste more time. The tender has an engine without a safety lock and an oar is missing. Ok, let's roll up our sleeves and clean everything well and move on... We immediately notice that the generator runs a little and then stops, you start it again and it stops again, so it's a continuous turning off and on to make those 3 things that are needed on board work. As if that wasn't enough, the watermaker doesn't work at all, thus forcing us to stop in the port of Ibiza to take in water. We now want to talk about the assistance provided by Rumbo Norte for these problems and in particular Pablo who, informed during the week of the technical problems with the watermaker, only deigned to write "I'm talking to the technician" "wait 1 min" but never did anything to solve the problem. The guys at the port are disorganized. We arrive at the day of check out, my wife who speaks very good English goes to Pablo's office to expose all our complaints and in response Mr. Pablo not only never apologizes and never once says he's sorry for what happened but he never takes his eyes off the computer and shows an arrogant and disinterested attitude with answers like "eh if the boat wasn't clean you should have asked to clean it" etc. To conclude we think that We all have problems at work but it's how you solve them that makes the difference but here it seems like they don't have the desire and intention to solve them, on the contrary... We would have been willing to overlook certain things but given Pablo's indifference we decided to write everything. Stefano Minoni
