We had the best time! Alvaro took us to really cool beaches and coves to swim in. He was so sweet. Our boat ride was our favorite part of our trip! Highly recommend.

There is a lot of restaurants and shopping in Palma. We really recommend the restaurant La Paloma - a nice tapas restaurant.

If this is a review for Palma de Mallorca in general and not the boat, I would say that it is lovely but too crowded. You need to plan everything and know which spots to visit 😊

We rented the catamaran for 4 days and overall had a really nice trip. The boat itself was beautiful and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The larger cabins are easily spacious enough for two people, and the bed was really comfortable. Our captain was also very nice and we felt comfortable on board. One of the highlights was being able to use the dinghy to go ashore for dinner in the evenings, with our captain picking us up again later. However, what we felt was missing was a more detailed briefing from the owner before the trip. We didn’t realize beforehand that renting a catamaran for several days is a little bit like “camping on the water” and that certain mooring spots and harbours need to be reserved in advance. For example, we would have loved to visit Sóller, but we only found out too late that a reservation was necessary. Had we known this beforehand, we could have organized it in advance. Unfortunately, by the time we found out, we had very limited options. We also had the impression that the catamaran is mainly rented for day trips, so there was less information available about the possibilities for a multi-day trip around the island – for example, where you can realistically spend the night or which places are worth visiting by boat. We would have really appreciated more recommendations and information about this before the trip. Maybe we were also a little naive and could have done more research ourselves. Nevertheless, considering the relatively high price of the rental, we feel that more communication and guidance beforehand would be appropriate – especially when there are important things that need to be organized well in advance. Overall, we still had a great and memorable trip and really enjoyed the boat itself. With a little more information and guidance beforehand, the experience could have been more relaxed and enjoyable.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on Joan’s boat. There were six of us, and we spent four wonderful hours on board that we’ll never forget. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent – clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. When our taxi was delayed, Joan and Paolo were so understanding and flexible, which we really appreciated and immediately put us at ease. Both Joan and Paolo could not have done more for us. They were warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the entire trip, making sure we were comfortable and having the best possible experience. This was truly one of the highlights of our holiday and created memories that will last a lifetime. We would highly recommend Joan’s boat to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable experience.
