As you board, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of cava as the boat leaves the port. Once settled, your evening begins with a series of refined starters, such as tuna tartare with mango and avocado, or creamy gazpacho served with Andalusian garnish. Each dish is designed to showcase Mediterranean flavors with a modern twist ✨

The main course is a highlight of the night. Depending on your chosen menu, Chef Camila may prepare a delicate seabass Provençal with roasted vegetables, a tender octopus terrine, or even a surf & turf plate featuring Iberian pork with seafood accents. Every dish is freshly prepared on board, ensuring both quality and authenticity.

No dinner is complete without dessert. You might indulge in a chocolate mousse with a touch of sea salt, a refreshing fruit tart, or crispy phyllo rolls filled with honey and pistachio. All paired with cava, wine, or refreshing drinks to elevate the evening.
