    Amazing trip! I cannot recommend them enough. My only regret is not booking the entire day. 5 star!

    The ride was very bumpy and 3 out of 8 suffered from motion sickness. The worst how ever was how unclear the cost was! Apparently we were told to pay 850 euro on the charter. This was done without any prior communication and was extremely embarrassing for us. The cost needs to be very clear in the offer and also specified. I was told that I had paid in full but than at the boat was told to pay an additional amount of 850 euro. Make sure clarify this in the future. This could have been a good experience if it was not for the embarrassment when we were going to leave charter, when I was told pay extra. --------------------------OWNER'S ANSWER: Dear Johnny, We hope you enjoyed your time on board. Based on our experience with hundreds of clients, our communication is always clear and sufficient. In fact, this is the first time we’ve encountered such a misunderstanding, which makes your reaction difficult to understand—unless you simply chose not to pay attention to the information provided, or assumed that the remaining balance would not be requested. However, stating that it came as a surprise is not accurate. The total price of the service was clearly communicated on at least three occasions: – First, through the Click&Boat chat. All our clients are informed of the full cost before making any payment. – Second, via email after the reservation was confirmed. – And third, in the boarding report you received prior to the charter date. Your comments do not reflect the actual course of events—it was a lack of attention on your side. We understand you may be upset, but we kindly ask that you do not misrepresent the facts simply due to your displeasure at having to pay an amount that you were already aware of. During the charter, both parties maintained a cordial and professional attitude. However, attempting to leave without paying the remaining balance created an uncomfortable moment that we truly regret. Situations like this are not fair to us, or to any other company. We value transparency and take it very seriously—but we also expect the same from our clients. A pleasant experience relies on mutual respect and honoring the agreed terms. Best, Carmen

    I rented this yacht as part of my sisters surprise 40th Birthday treat. We were a group of 7 and had a unforgettable time, the yacht is spacious with a comfortable upper deck offering an amazing view of the sea. From booking to boarding the communication from Carmen was always consistent and she was helpful with providing recommendations. Our skipper Dennis was pleasant and offered great assistance to us. We had unlimited drinks and a bottle of carva plus snacks provided for us which was lovely.
