    Disastrous experience! No organization whatsoever! Despite three follow-up messages in the preceding days to confirm the meeting time and location, there was no response or information whatsoever. It only arrived a few hours beforehand, and via WhatsApp… No response on the website or messaging system. In other words, you have to be glued to your phone constantly. In short, unprofessional! Result: more than an hour less of cruising time and no compensation. In other words: disastrous! Note that parking is nearly impossible, and there's a long walk to reach the dock. The only small consolation was the friendly crew.
