Exclusive Lagoon Catamaran Experience

We had an incredible catamaran experience in Ibiza! Ruben, our captain, and Gabriel, our skipper, were outstanding hosts. They were flexible with our plans, offered great options for how to spend the day, and made sure we were always taken care of with drinks and snacks. Their expertise and easygoing energy made sailing the turquoise waters off Ibiza absolutely unforgettable. We highly recommend this tour operator for anyone looking for a perfect day on the water!

The catamaran was what we expected, but not the cleanliness and maintenance. They had problems with the bilge, which caused an unbearable smell in two of the cabins. They couldn't fix it until the day before disembarking, making our stay quite unpleasant. Even though we had paid for a cleaning, the windows were filthy. Furthermore, the general maintenance of the boat left much to be desired: fans, door handles, reading lights—almost everything was broken. One of the boat's staircases was broken, and my son cut his leg badly on one of the screws. The refrigerator was leaking, so the food didn't keep well, and it was truly disgusting. Upon boarding, they didn't explain the safety measures or where the life jackets were stored. We later discovered they were locked in one of the kennels. I think this is unacceptable with children on board. In short, the sailing was very pleasant and we visited beautiful places, but I definitely think we had bad luck with this catamaran and it left us with a bad memory of this vacation. We want to emphasize something very important: from the moment of boarding, we always inform our clients that if any problem arises or something does not meet their expectations, they should let us know immediately so we can resolve it instantly. Unfortunately, if we are notified after the rental period has ended, it is no longer possible to act immediately. Regarding the points mentioned in your comment: Cleaning: Before each boarding, a professional team performs a complete cleaning of the catamaran, leaving it in perfect condition, with clean sheets and towels and a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. Odor on board: We understand that you noticed an odor in the bathroom on the second day, although we were not informed until the end of the trip. As soon as you did, we resolved it in less than an hour with a simple cleaning using bleach. Ladders: The boat was inspected and there are no broken or damaged ladders. Refrigerator: It is normal for some temporary condensation to occur when filled with hot or excessive food, which does not indicate a malfunction. Life jackets: They were never locked up; they are visible on the bow peg. Furthermore, during coastal navigation and with the favorable weather conditions that week, their use was not mandatory. After the rental ended, we had a phone conversation with you, in which you told us that the days on board had been "fantastic" and that you thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You also mentioned that your mother, as it was her first time on a boat and it was a gift, expected an absolutely perfect experience, and that you were considering requesting some form of financial compensation. We sincerely regret that the experience did not fully meet your expectations, but we want to reiterate that our team was always available and ready to resolve any issues during the trip, as we do with all our clients.
