    The boat wasn't the one we had booked. They changed our boat without prior authorization to a smaller, completely different one, which was irrelevant to the price we paid. Furthermore, the boat had electricity for only four hours a day, so we couldn't charge our phones, there was no air conditioning, and no ventilation. There was no refrigerator for three days. The sound system didn't work. The microwave didn't work. The ladder to get on the boat was broken. Honestly, it was all a scam! The only good thing was the captain, who behaved wonderfully. It's sad that they play with people's special dates.
