    Really enjoyed the whole experience - fantastic welcome and briefing; boat in excellent order. Only advice I would give is to highlight the forbidden zones around the maddalena islands, as I did end up in a forbidden zone and was managed out by the nature wardens (who were super helpful).

    To the lady that helped us out in taking the deposit, I’d like to say please don’t lie to your costumers. I was told the trip to Spiaggia del Cavaliere is a 40 min boat ride. When we started out everyone was polite and a different story when we got back. The boat when I asked they said top speed 20knots and in reality it was maximum 10 not more. The boat ride took us 1 and 30 minutes, and same on the way back. They also said we used 34liters of gas when we got back where the gas indicator says we only used a quarter. So they charged me from 95 euro because each liter is 2.80€. Sure no problem, that’s fair I guess, then because we showed up 35 minutes late she wanted to charge us 50€ per half hour, one would think ok they’ll just charge us 50 because it’s only 5 minutes passed, no she insisted that it’s 100€. Paid that and left. If the boat really would go 20knots I wouldn’t have had smaller and bigger boats passing us as we were the slowest and I wouldn’t have been late. Please be honest and stop scamming your costumers that bring you businesses. Shame on you!

    I'll tell you my personal experience: I book and pay for a semi-new boat from 2023, a few hours before they warn me that the booked boat is not available and that they will give me an identical one in another color. I arrive at the port and they give me a boat that is much older than the one I had booked and with a very hard engine lever. Despite this we set off, we leave the port, and at the first slowdown the boat turns off and never turns back on again. After several attempts we had to call to come pick us up, broken alternator and flat battery, on the other hand they gave us the dinghy instead of the boat, at least that one works. Upon returning, petrol must only be paid in cash, half an hour to find a functioning ATM. Furthermore, I would recommend changing the deposit time because 5 days into the rental I still haven't seen anything returned, and my bank has always resolved this type of pre-authorization within a few hours once the unlock signal arrives. All we can do is hope. Bad service, I repeat, my personal experience.

    Everyone was very nice and the boat is of good quality. The throttle lever is a bit on the loose side and reverse is especially difficult. The boat is otherwise equipped with all amenities. Please note that you must provide your driver's license as long as you rent the drill. Not very safe, especially considering the GDPR rules that they do not adhere to here.. You also have to pay a deposit of 1,000 euros via credit card and this will take more than a week before you get it back. You also have to pay 10 euros for visiting the islands, even if you don't visit them, you don't get a receipt, so it will end up in the owner's pocket. Oh yes and book outside of Click and Boat, that will save you 113 euros!!!!!

    The boat is in really good condition. They were kind and explained us everything. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best one and when we wanted to return to the shore we couldn’t because of the big waves. We asked the owner to send us a skipper to bring us safely and they agreed without an extra fee. We just paid for the extra fuel consumed. I recommend this experience but make sure you check the weather really well or purchase a bad weather insurance otherwise you won’t receive any compensation.

    It is a great, new boat with all kind of functionalities on board, like a shower and table. We had a great day on the water. The owner is friendly and responds to questions up front. We think however that the rental price for the boat is very high. Also, we did not read anything about paying the gas in cash so we needed to find an ATM in the neighborhood which was not easy and unpleasant at the end of the trip.
