The boat is great, but they charge you whatever they want for fuel. The boat's gauge said we'd used 1/4 of the tank, but they still charged us as if we'd used more than half. If you're happy to pay €80 for fuel when you've actually used less, then you can rent without a problem. Pre-booking communication could also be improved, as I had to ask the same thing several times to get answers on important information.

The boat was clean and had all the features indicated except for the outdoor shower, which it didn't have and would have been a huge plus. However, on the day we rented the boat, we experienced some things we didn't like at all. First, the boat's engine kept losing power and would stop dead until it was restored, which made sailing uncomfortable and worrying for unlicensed users. I'd also like to emphasize the terrible treatment by the port staff. They explained how the boat worked in a threatening tone, even shouting at us at times. In our case, we emphasized that we had never driven a boat, and the explanations we received were very poor and halfhearted; they practically left us to navigate to our own devices. They advised us to take a route that required going out to open sea when the wave and tide conditions were quite adverse, especially for inexperienced users, which caused us to be scared for most of the day during the voyage. Finally, they charge you €2.50 per liter for gasoline, regardless of the price at the port. In our case, it was €2.00 per liter that day. They fill up the gas with canisters without you being there, and you have to rely on the liters they say they've put in, because you can't verify it. In short, the boat was fine, except for the problem with the engine, but the customer service and safety were absolutely terrible. Everyone should decide based on their own interests.

Despite a rushed welcome, the outing was pleasant and trouble-free. The surprise came upon arrival, where, under the pretext of a minor paintwork issue, we were asked to claim insurance Click&Boat. Two hours later, the rental company told us it wasn't a paint issue but a damaged gearbox, and a few hours later, it was engine damage for which we were responsible. We are now in dispute with this (professional) rental company, whose sole purpose was to collect our €1,000 deposit, taking advantage of the fact that we are foreigners. Our advice: run away! Otherwise, since there is no inventory, take photos of everything.
