    I didn't like that the owner kept changing the conditions, we agreed on a boat for Q20 and the night before he told me that the boat wasn't available and offered me another one of a lower standard, we had also agreed on a time for 9 in the morning and he arrived at 10, the fuel tank wasn't full and I took a picture of it, however he charged me more than I consumed, frankly I would rent it with someone else now that I have the experience

He organized a restaurant for us on Capri, took us to a beach, and was available to us via WhatsApp at any time. We would definitely rent a boat here again!

    Mario is not a great person to deal with. 1.) 9 am on the day he tells me the boat we ordered is not available due to an issue. He offered us a dinghy in exchange. He told us dinghy is an upgrade but it was a downgrade in reality. He said either we postpone or cancel without refund if we do not want the dinghy. He did not offer us any discount for taking the dinghy. He is only a nice person to talk to when you agree with whatever shit he says. 2.) He told me the day before that we will get the boat at 10 am and not 9 due to a regulation in Sorrento so please fix the listing. 3.) He told us the journey would roughly by 80 euros but the skipper said max 40. Mario always tries to charge more. I read in other reviews too. The skipper we had was amazing but renting a boat from Mario is not advisable.

    A catastrophe! Only the evening before I was informed that I had to leave a 400 euro deposit, which was never agreed upon beforehand. Then the boat was not handed over until around 10:30, although the contract and my invoice stated 9:00, and return by 18:00, which also had to be done by 17:00. The boat was only handed over with a 3/4 full tank and with a broken steering. This could only be operated with extreme force, and the boat constantly pulled extremely to the right, which always had to be compensated for with extreme muscle power. An absolute disgrace to hand over a boat like that, and also a safety risk. I have owned a boat myself for 15 years and I know what I'm talking about. Finally, I was ripped off with the fuel costs. They wanted 100 euros for half a tank, which was far too much. So I agreed to 90 euros rather than argue further. All in all, it was a bit dubious.

At 11 p.m. the night before we were due to pick up the boat, they told us we had to pay a €400 deposit, which until then hadn't been requested nor was it listed anywhere. When I asked them to tell me where the deposit payment was and to send me a screenshot, they were unable to send it. I finally had to pay a €400 deposit, and when we returned the boat, they wanted to keep €100 for fuel, when the day before, another boat that made the same trip had charged us €35. In the end, after a long negotiation, they agreed to €50, which was still very expensive considering the trip we took. We were stopped in a cove for most of the time. It's a shame that these things happen because the boat is in very good condition.

    A brilliant day out. We had the boat for a day without skipper and it was wonderful. A great boat and great communication from Mario, before during and after the experience. Would definitely recommend.
