You’ll also have time to explore at your own pace. We had great time! Boat was perfect and on time. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
We were amazing pleased when the captain of the boat Juan Martinez advised us that the conditions on the water the day of our charter were unsafe for almost every activity we were scheduled to enjoy. The conditions were such that the Mexican Coast Guard had shutdown the the bay on this particular day. Their concern for the safety and integrity for the customers experience were above every standard I have ever seen and we have been chartering boats on vacation for over 30 years. They offered a full refund and I would recommend this operation any day for this reason alone.

Our 6 hour adventure on Joe's catamaran was amazing! The crew is fantastic and the communication stellar. Joe sent photos and a Google pin to ensure we found the beach club and was very responsive. We will absolutely book again our our next trip to Cancun!
We had an amazing day charter on Joe's catamaran. Joe's communication was excellent and Captain George and First Mate Giovanni were very knowledgeable about the area and we were well taken care of. The wind was just right that day and we were fortunate to to sail most of the charter. We had a wonderful lunch on Isla Mujeres where we had the best grilled lobster! We also stopped to swim and even saw some sea turtles! Would highly recommend booking with Joe!
What a great time with Joe on this cruise around Isla Mujeres. We took the ferry from Cancun and walked two minutes to the Black Pearl to meet him. We had five people and had a lot of room. Joe kept in touch over 4 days as we watched the wind together. Ultimately, he offered to keep the date or move on his recommendation because the date we booked had very strong wind. We moved the date and met his crew of 2. His crew was great. They had a stocked bar and were there to accommodate as soon as our drink was close to empty. Joe had some recommendations on an itinerary and ultimately let us make the call. We decided to spend a lot of time at Playa Norte where we took a paddle board to the beach and Joe found a snorkeling spot that was easy where we saw a lot of cool fish. Beautiful trip, great day, great crew...Felix saw that we were out of beer on the beach and swam up from the boat to bring some more. Thanks for the great experience and beautiful views!
We were a group of 12 to 15 adults who planed a day at sea to celebrate an event. We found Joe, but throughout the deal communication became tricky with him. At each e-mail sent, he kept increasing the price more than reasonable for unfounded reasons. I had to contact click&Boat to conciliate. As there was only his boat available, we finally signed the contract for 15 people from 10AM to 7PM. A few days later, we received the contract mentioning the end of the trip at 6:30PM for the same rate. On the D day, we embarked at 10:40AM cause he was late, and returned at 6PM without seeing sunset (and without any explanation). However, the trip was enjoyable around Isla Mujeres, a real beautiful island. He had 2 professionals and very nice guys helping him, who he was always yelling at. One was (luckily for us) assuring the safety of the boat cause Joe made many bad decisions (on departure we hardly scratch the boat when leaving the dock, at anchor, the boat skipped away due to mooring without enough chain in windy places, ...). We felt bad about one of the 2 guys who was rigorous, professional but who kept being roughly criticized on his maneuvers by the skipper Joe (even though they were just a right way)! However, we spent a good day as we were a group of friends but I clearly don't recommend that skipper and that boat. To Joe : listen more to professional seamen if they recommend you a much safer way to proceed, even if they are not invited to do so. The anchoring of a chain of a boat is 3 to 5 times the depth, and particularly in shallow water. On a multihull without shock absorber, put a bit more. Otherwise, it'll obviously skid.
Joe and Erick were great! From the beginning of our trip, they were so accommodating and generous with the drinks and their time. Would highly recommend them!

Great experience and the perfect start to our Mexico trip. Due to weather conditions, Captain Joe recommended that we start our trip on Isla Mujeres. The ferry goes every hour and takes 30 minutes. So we still had time to explore the island before our trip. From the icing sugar white beach, it's off to the well-kept catamaran with plenty of sunbathing space. From minute one we felt completely at ease and in very good hands. As a highlight there are paddleboards which we only used as a "floating bar". Thank you for a great day at sea, interesting info. The package includes guacamole and drinks, including alcoholic ones. More than a fairer price-performance ratio and always happy.
