- Aanders panumDate of the review 8/3/24 · Date of the rental 7/25/24We sailed with Augusto to the Borromee Islands. With sail and motor when the wind was too weak. Its a long but nice trip, approximately three hours of sailing each way. At the Islands a shuttle boat from restaurant took us in - obliging (?) us to use that restaurant, which was ok. We spent a couple of hours on Island (Pescatori) and also made a nice stop on return trip to swim from the boat. Augusto is a super nice skipper. He does not speak english or german but we understood what we had to and we felt very safe and comfortable with Augusto.

My family, including my two daughters aged 3 and 12, thoroughly enjoyed our three days on Lake Maggiore with him. He knows all the best places to visit and went above and beyond to make our trip feel like a dream vacation. He was incredibly kind, patient, and wonderful with the children, always accommodating our needs and ensuring everyone felt comfortable. We had an unforgettable family experience and would highly recommend Augusto to anyone looking for a fantastic sailing tour on Lake Maggiore.

Lots of swim stops to cool off. Not so easy to visit towns and villages as we had thought. No issues with the boat. Booking was easy, communication via the app was great with all questions answered quickly.The team was friendly, good safety instructions. Would recommend for an unforgettable holiday experience.

We went around the islands and swam in the lake at a pictures spot. He had a wine cooler for the wine which was perfect! We will defiantly use him again. 😊 Filippa
