The rental met our expectations. Very good boat, well-equipped. There was a slight delay in picking up the boat, but the rest of the communication was very good, especially regarding a small issue with the depth sounder turning off. I recommend it.

In the end, the rental was handled by Sailloc, who are way ahead when it comes to insurance and rental prices. Jean Baptist and his wife Anne are simply lovely and handled everything professionally. So you'll be happy to use them again next time.
Great day unfortunately marred by the anchor that broke: boat drifting because not anchored, anchor lever that no longer "responded", anchor raised manually... Fortunately there were 2 of us with our license because the "captain" had gone swimming far, I was able to "maneuver" until the company showed us in visual whatsapp how to "reset" the anchor. A lot of stress on board. No small commercial gesture from the rental company, too bad...
I recommend. No problem. The day went well. The only thing missing was the sun lounger at the front, broken the day before.

Very disappointed with the condition of the boat for our navigation, waterway on the front of the boat, photos on the press should not have been re-rented after the damage to the anchor with the previous tenant, lack of chain length to ensure a good grip anchor, once again money takes precedence over safety I also think that Click&Boat takes their percentage but does not often control the boats. Thomas's commercial gesture could not have been negotiable, telling me that "I still had to sail" for my part and my family not serene and not safe. Home not far from the Arcachon basin I have often rented but I have never encountered a problem like this. First and last time I rent from Click&Boat.
