Cap de Creus is amazing. Great beaches and refugees for mooring. The wildest costa Brava, with great wind to sail. Ideal for 2-3 days and then go to Medas Islands and some villages there.

I would recommend the trip from Roses to Cadaques. There are small creeks enroute to explore. We sailed past Cadaques town, Dalis house and stopped several times to be able to swim. We visited in September when the sea was warm but the weather was not too hot. There were not too many boats making it an enjoyable experience.

Exploring the cap was a nice adventure ! Plenty of small bays where you can take shelter from the strong winds :-) We were stationed in Empuriabrava but our boat was to big to go into the canals so we explored the whole bay area
