APPALLING. ABSOLUTELY AVOID. MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT. We just spent a week on this boat and, considering the price and what is advertised, the condition of the boat is simply OUTRAGEOUS. The most serious problem concerns the air conditioning. The advertisement states 24/7 air conditioning. This is completely false. It practically never worked during our entire stay. In the cabins, we lived with an average temperature of around 29°C, rising to 31°C. What came out of the system was only a very weak circulation of hot air. Sleeping in these conditions was extremely difficult. But unfortunately, that was just the beginning. • In two cabins, an absolutely unbearable toilet smell was present from the moment we arrived and lasted for two days. The occupants finally had to sleep on deck. • In the showers, the water did not drain properly. • On the last day, we had no light at all in one of our cabins and had to carry a lamp around. • And above all, beware of cabin #5: the ceiling height is only about 1.70 m (5 ft 7 in). A taller person can't even stand up straight in there. Everything is extremely small. This should absolutely be clearly stated before booking. We seriously considered leaving the ship mid-trip. The only reason we stayed was the crew. Mate, Alexander, Gaga, and Nikola were EXCEPTIONAL. They were remarkably kind and attentive and spent the week trying to make up for the ship's problems and apologizing for them. We really want to thank them, as they are in no way responsible for the state of the ship. The owner can consider himself extremely lucky to have such a crew, because without them, this experience would have been much worse. Conclusion: This boat should not be offered in this condition, and certainly not at this price. It needs serious repairs and maintenance, the advertised air conditioning must actually work, and the very specific features of cabin 5 must be clearly disclosed to prospective customers. We paid for services that were advertised but simply did not receive. A dreadful week. A huge disappointment. And at this price point, it's simply unacceptable.
ÉPOUVANTABLE. À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT. ANNONCE MENSONGÈRE. Nous venons de passer une semaine sur ce bateau et, compte tenu du prix demandé et de ce qui est annoncé, l’état du bateau est tout simplement SCANDALEUX. Le problème le plus grave concerne la climatisation. L’annonce indique une climatisation 24h/24. C’est totalement faux. Elle n’a pratiquement jamais fonctionné pendant tout notre séjour. Dans les cabines, nous avons vécu avec une température moyenne d’environ 29°C, montant jusqu’à 31°C. Ce qui sortait du système n’était qu’un très léger brassage d’air chaud. Dormir dans ces conditions était extrêmement difficile. Mais malheureusement, ce n’était que le début. • Dans deux cabines, une odeur de toilettes absolument insupportable était présente dès notre arrivée et a duré deux jours. Les occupants ont finalement dû aller dormir sur le pont. • Dans les douches, l’eau ne s’évacuait pas correctement. • Le dernier jour, nous n’avions carrément plus de lumière dans une chambre et devions nous déplacer avec une lampe à la main. • Et surtout, attention à la cabine n°5 : la hauteur sous plafond est d’environ 1,70 m maximum. Une personne plus grande ne peut même pas s’y tenir debout normalement. Tout y est extrêmement petit. Cela devrait impérativement être indiqué clairement avant toute réservation. Nous avons sérieusement envisagé de quitter le bateau en cours de séjour. La seule raison pour laquelle nous sommes restés est l’équipage. Mate, Alexander, Gaga et Nikola ont été EXCEPTIONNELS. Ils ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables et ont passé la semaine à essayer de compenser les problèmes du bateau et à s’en excuser. Nous tenons vraiment à les remercier, car ils ne sont absolument pas responsables de l’état du bateau. Le propriétaire peut d’ailleurs s’estimer extrêmement heureux d’avoir un tel équipage, car sans eux, cette expérience aurait été encore bien pire. Conclusion : ce bateau ne devrait pas être proposé dans cet état et certainement pas à ce prix. Il doit être sérieusement réparé et entretenu, la climatisation annoncée doit réellement fonctionner et les caractéristiques très particulières de la cabine 5 doivent être clairement indiquées aux futurs clients. Nous avons payé pour des prestations qui étaient annoncées et que nous n’avons tout simplement pas eues. Une semaine épouvantable. Une énorme déception. Et à ce niveau de prix, c’est tout simplement inadmissible.
