And for good reason- the blue sea, white sandy beaches... The beauty is unbelievable! Starting in late autumn, the island starts to receive visitors from the northern hemisphere.

Phuket is also known as the Beach Capital of Thailand, and not without reason. This paradise in the Andaman Sea will offer you breathtaking sunsets, comfortable beaches, well-developed infrastructure, and incredibly beautiful nature.

At first glance, it seems that the most functional transportation in Phuket and throughout Thailand is by bicycle. However, a yacht or speedboat will give you much more freedom to move around. You will be able to explore new places every day, visit the secluded beaches in the surrounding area, and enjoy a day swimming in the open sea.

Click&Boat connects you to local boat owners in Thailand to help you find your perfect charter in Phuket. Explore various boats, from sailboats and catamarans to motorboats and speedboats, to create the sailing vacation that best suits your preferences. So are you ready to set sail in Phuket?

Rent a boat with or without a skipper

If you want to make the most of your trip and not have to worry about navigating, then renting a boat with a skipper or even an entire crew, is your best choice at Click&Boat! Our experienced skippers are masters of their craft and will tailor the itinerary to your specific requests. They will show you the little-known places, the wildest beaches, and the most beautiful bays. In fact, they may even teach you tricks and techniques and let you take the helm!

If you are a proud owner of a sailing license and want to explore new horizons then a bareboat charter is your best bet. At Click&Boat you will find many boats, from speedboats to sailboats and catamarans, that you can rent without a skipper.

Discover Phuket from the water

One of the most popular destinations in Phuket is Phang Nga province and bay. The province, located in the northeast of Phuket, has more than 100 islands of different sizes and peculiar shapes. Conveniently, Phang Nga can be reached in a short time with your boat rental in Phuket.

One that became widely known as James Bond's Island after the release of the movie in 1974. Naturally, many tourists are eager to visit this attraction. In other words, the island is almost always full of visitors, almost any time of the year.

If you don't want to get involved in the crowds of tourists coming from all over the world but still want to explore the jewel of this region on your own, plan a tour by speedboat or sailboat. Whichever boat you choose, the best views of the island are from the water. Also, don't miss the opportunity to observe James Bond's beautiful island from different perspectives, we guarantee it will be worth it!

Anchor the boat to take vivid photos to keep as a souvenir, or for your Instagram, enjoy the scenery and enjoy a day amidst Thai nature. Not far from James Bond Island is the absolutely stunning Koh Ping Ghan beach. After taking a dip with an incredible island view, you can head to the islands of Phang Nga, where you can observe a variety of exotic animals in their natural habitat.

And even more, in Phang Nga province, you can dock your boat and enjoy a tour of the national parks: there is a lot to see and the nature is stunningly beautiful. Also, allow yourself to be amazed by the mystery of the picturesque caves in this area.

Where to sail to in Phuket

One of the most well-known destinations in Phuket is Karon Beach. It is the tranquility of Karon that attracts those who love peace and quiet. This quiet and comfortable beach has all the necessary infrastructure and a clean sea that will please anyone who comes to spend their time on it.

Even if you decide to vacation in another part of Phuket, you can always rent a motorboat to reach the beach directly by water to enjoy its serenity and relaxed atmosphere.

The next must-see destination is Patong Beach, conveniently next to Phuket's main street, Bangla Road. With clubs, bars, and restaurants, you will see all the curiosities for which Thai nightlife is famous. Spend a night in the area to get a taste of Phuket's life.

The uninhabited Phi Phi Islands are perfect for those who love white sand beaches, cliffs, and lush vegetation. In addition, you can feel like a participant in the Last Hero show. A boat tour of the island will allow you to experience the nature of Thailand in an unforgettable way and will take you to places inaccessible to most tourists.

What is there to do/see in Phuket?

And what's more, in Phang Nga Bay, you can dock your boat and enjoy a tour of the national parks. Also, allow yourself to be amazed by the mystery of the picturesque caves in this area.

For Thai food lovers or the curious who want to try an authentic Pho Bo, Click&Boat recommends a visit to Ko Panye Island. This island, at first glance, may look like an ordinary fishing village on stilts, but it is not. It is there that you will experience the main Thai dishes that have gained worldwide popularity: Pho Bo and Pad Thai.

Fish is a must, of course. There's nothing like a former fishing village to enjoy the freshest fish and seafood in the country! There are many typical and authentic restaurants on the island that serve the freshest seafood.

Phuket is a very easy to reach location to start a nice trip. Many flights available and a short drive to the harbour. Prior to departure we determined the route together based on our preferences, which always very nice. We went to sail to smaller islands in the area which was lovely!
