Highly recommend Karen V with Captain Zak! We hosted a welcome event for our wedding for 40 people on Karen V and worked with Zak before to plan the exacts of the timings, the route, food, drink etc. and he was SUPER collaborative and helpful, he planned everything for us and it was all executed perfectly! The boat is really spacious and clean and has everything you could want, the staff were great and I think really good value for money considering the size of it. I think all our guests felt this was the highlight of the wedding. Couldn’t recommend Zak and the team more! THANK YOU, ZAK!

What happens in the case of bad weather?

If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, it is preferable to postpone the booking and to agree on a new date with the boat owner. For daily rentals, you have the possibility to subscribe to our Weather Guarantee in order to be fully reimbursed in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).

Is fuel included in the charter price?

Fuel is included in the rental price. You will not have to pay any extra at the port.

Am I insured in case of problems with the boat at sea?

All boats available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
