  • See the world’s smallest cathedral: Visit the Church of the Holy Cross which holds the title of the tiniest cathedral on Earth and is one of Nin’s most significant monuments as it is a staple of its intricate history and culture.
  • Visit the Nin Saltworks: This is Nin’s claim to fame and has been in operation since Roman times!
  • Go beach hopping: There are plenty of beaches in Nin but of course, the most popular is Queen’s Beach which is 3 kilometres of sandy beach located on the lagoon and home to the biggest medicinal mud municipality in the country. Other beaches include Gradska Plaža, Punta Beach and Lučica Beach.

Skippers are licenced professionals that will dock, anchor and sail the vessel for you so that you don’t have to worry about anything but having the time of your life. They are also locals which means that they can act as private tour guides and take you to see everything on your sailing itinerary as well as show you some hidden gems that tourists don’t know about.

What type of vessel is best for a yacht charter in Nin?

Choosing the right vessel for your sailing trip can be overwhelming, but the type of vessel you choose will largely depend on how much time you plan to spend on board. If you only want to rent a boat in Nin for a few days we’d recommend a daily charter such as a RIB or a motorboat. For longer holidays we’d recommend a weekly charter such as a yacht or a catamaran. These vessels are spacious and fully equipped with amenities that you’ll need to make your stay on the water more comfortable. If you’re interested in a more authentic sailing holiday you might be keen on renting a sailboat however, you should always choose one with a skipper since they can be difficult to navigate.

No matter which sort of vessel you're looking for, you're sure to find the best one for your Nin sailing trip with Click&Boat!

Nice bays between Island of Pag and the landside. There are beautiful places to chill and swim. Starting from Nin, you can decide if you want to visit the sea at the westcoast of Vir, or the Velebit Channel at the eastcoast of Pag, but unhappily there's no place to refill gasoline in this area, so take care of your fuel ;)

Nin has a three thousand year old history, which is not only recorded in history books but the visitor literally walks on it, or learns about it from the rich museum collections. It was founded by the Ilyrian tribe of Liburnians in the 9th century BC and known by the name Aenona. Thanks to archaeological excavations in this place, the development of Liburnian culture can be followed. The settlement on the small island was surrounded by walls, and the houses were built using the drystone- wall technique, and judging from historical evidence the people were prosperous.

Nin is a very small charming town with a very nice old town. By renting a boat, I visited places that can not be reached by car for example secluded beaches. You can not visit everything during one vacation so I plan to go back again and again. I recommend arriving after the first September everything is a bit cheaper
