Excellent experience from booking to charter. Terry was wonderful in communicating with us before the charter and the captain was excellent. We moved the day of our booked charter to get better weather and change was accommodated. Recommend for sure!

What an absolutely fantastic day we've had on board Lady Pinky !! Actually would say it's been one of the best days ever, we loved it that much ! Would certainly recommend hiring this boat through Dalia , as it all went very smoothly , and we were very well looked after at all times by Terry and Ronnie, the skippers. Terry was so helpful to us as we are considering getting our own boat, and he was very knowledgeable with lots of experience. 5 star service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Unforgettable day on the water! Terry is an absolute gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable, well versed in the history of Mallorca. Shared lots of stories with us, and knew all of the best places/beaches to go. Was very patient while we were in the water. Had drinks on board which were included in the price including rosè, beer & cold water. He made a reservation for Nikki Beach for us to have lunch as well, which was great. Overall excellent experience with a great captain, would HIGHLY recommend Dalia & Terry for a group of people or a personalized private boat tour like I did with my girlfriend. Overall 10/10 experience.

This was a wonderful thing to do and the whole family really enjoyed it. The boat is beautiful, comfortable and the crew couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed every single second and it was a last minute decision that was well worth doing. Only wish we could have done it again and again.

Great experience. Dahlia was quick to answer any questions we had about the booking and made the process easy. Terry then quickly contacted us to provide us with further information about the check in and the trip. He also greeted us on the day of with lots of positive energy. Finally, Sebastian was a great captain who took us on a beautiful ride to a nice spot to swim and then to where we requested for lunch. We had such a good time and would highly recommend booking this boat with these lovely people!

We had a fabulous day !! Terry was easy to deal with and lovely !! our skipper Roberto and Lionel were so easy and made our day wonderful.. The only thing we didn’t know was it’s hard to get off at certain restaurants as they don’t have a tender it would have been nice to have a few more options as we don’t love the area Siso beach is in .. But it didn’t effect how magical our day was

Overall disappointed with the experience. The booking process was easy, quick and efficient. However, once’s booked felt I had to chase to get location details, book a beach club for lunch and inquire about towels (which are an option but never offered). I had to phone on the morning to get precise location details, as a lot of roadworks surround the port. On our way to the port, I got a text message saying I had to pay part of the rental in cash! So had to divert to ATM. Getting on the boat was a bit dangerous, and was really indicative of its age. It’s an old boat, it’s not really big enough for 8 people, max 6 to be able to comfortably get everyone around the table. Terry was friendly, however he dropped a full bottle of champagne we brought on board, no apology was offered. Tapas was Doritos and a small tub of hummus. We stopped for a swim after about 45 mins, to then be boarded by customs officers for over an hour, we stayed doing nothing whilst the crew were questioned. The weather wasn’t kind so we struggled to get a tender to a shore to the beach club, we did get one in the end, but it felt like they really did not want to offer alternative solutions. We didn’t go anywhere else. At over 2k cost, suspect much better quality boats available, and choose one that doesn’t have a Spanish flag, as this was the explanation given why customs officers chose this boat over the other 10 harbored in the same area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Owner's response: We are surprised by your evaluation of our service on charter day, as the general impression both during the trip and on arrival at the port was that everyone in your group was very happy, dancing and having a great time, which I have pictures to prove. On the other hand, in relation to your comment that you were disconnected from us almost chasing us to contact you is not real because at all times we were in contact, and you were informed of the route, the activities on board, the food options and so on. Answering your question about the incident of the onboard control is out of our hands, but also I don't think you should incite illegal activities because that also includes the lack of protection and security of the passengers as well as being an economic crime. Besides all this if you found our boat ugly, old and in bad condition you had the option to get on board that day or to say so believe me we would have found a solution to your needs because what we do not like is to provide a bad service and even less to have someone on board against their wishes, Finally the towels issue you only had to ask for them on board, and we would have offered it to you, the other details that you mention are irrelevant, and I don't think that one comment will do anything in co tea of 30 in favor with excellent references, nevertheless you are free to give your opinion, and we are free to answer you and that is what we do. What a fantastic experience! The boat is lovely and what made our trip even better was Terry as the host. Terry made the booking very easy to understand but more importantly we had an amazing trip out to enjoy the sunset for a special occasion. We both felt completely relaxed and had a great time. Wow! Don’t even know where to start. Spent a full day on the water and has been the best boat charter we’ve done yet. Terry was such a bright energy and welcomed us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect before we even left the marina. Our captain, Sebastian, was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and attentive. We went to secluded coves and swam in the most beautiful waters. It was my mom’s 65th birthday and Terry and Sebastian surprised her with a delicious cake and special rose Cava. The personal attention was unlike any other and made for the most stress free and relaxing day. Would come back to Mallorca just to spend a day with them again.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 young kids) and Dalia’s boat was absolutely perfect for us. Terry and Sebastian (our host & captain) were fantastic. They attended to us and our kids wonderfully, they even stocked the boat with extra floats, kid focused snacks and some beach toys for our kids to enjoy. The day was thoughtfully curated so that we all enjoyed it. Cannot say enough about our day at sea with this team and vessel!

When booking a boat, the concern is always are the pictures accurate? Is the captain a nice guy? I’m here to confirm that you will get both with this booking. Terence (the Captain) is a funny and charming guy who will do everything he can to make your trip amazing. The boat is in great condition and will surely provide the day at sea you’ve been waiting for. Why did I write such a good review? Well it truly represents the experience my friends and I had. Not recommended, very old boat. They said the boat was renovated in 2023, but the pictures are misleading. The seating is no longer white, but old, partially torn and rancid. The toilet has no light, it smells bad, and there are no towels. There's no built-in working sound system (only a portable sound box), and the wines are of inferior quality. They also tried to rip us off with the gas. We were asked to pay €411, but the estimate was €200, even though we didn't go far. After complaining massively, we at least got €200 back, and they apologized, saying it was a mistake.

A fantastic experience!!! Communication with Terry and Dalia 48 hours before the sailing was very fluid, clear, and straightforward. Checking in was very easy, and everything was ready when we arrived! I even asked for a little time to buy some champagne, and they replied, "Don't worry, we have everything on board," and it is, no need to bring anything. The boat is beautiful and in perfect condition. A special mention for Luis (our captain) because he's a genius! He adapts to the group's schedule and always has a good vibe and a smile. You can tell he knows the area like the back of his hand, and if you have any questions like, "Is it possible?" THE ANSWER IS YES! He's a total genius. We highly recommend him!
