We had a great day aboard this RIB departing from Mahón. The boat was in good overall condition and proved fuel-efficient, which was a real plus for a full day of cruising. However, there are a few things that could be improved: the Bluetooth system wasn't working, and even when we contacted the rental company while we were out on the water to ask how to use it, we received no response. The boat also felt a bit underpowered, even though there were only four of us on board, especially in rougher seas. As for the rental company, communication was quite difficult. We had trouble reaching them, both through the platform (Click&Boat) and via direct messages. Despite several attempts, we only received a response the day before our rental and ultimately had to call them directly to get the necessary information. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant day and were able to fully enjoy the coast and coves of Menorca. With more responsive communication and a few improvements to the boat, the experience could have been excellent.

Very friendly owner, very well-maintained boat, fuel-efficient engine for 150 hp. Keep in mind that at 6 pm there are many people waiting to refuel, so expect a wait.

The staff who assisted us were very friendly and incredibly flexible with various issues. The only suggestion, if I had to mention something, would have been that a little more information about the boat before boarding would have been helpful (where the life jackets are, where the fuel depot is, the gas station's opening hours, where to find the snorkeling mask and snorkel). In any case, every time I called, they responded immediately and resolved all my questions. In short, a very good experience and I definitely recommend them.

We had a very good experience and excellent communication with the rental company, who clearly explained how to use the boat. The boat perfectly matched the description and was ideal for a lovely sea trip to explore the rocky coast and sea caves south of Mao, which is exactly what we did. There were five of us on board, and the calm sea contributed to a wonderful boat trip and a fantastic discovery. We wholeheartedly recommend Julian and his team!

A wonderful boat. The service was very attentive; they recommended coves and were available throughout the day to answer any questions we had. I would definitely book with them again. The only area for improvement was the swim ladder, which had some seaweed and mollusks, posing a risk of slipping or cutting oneself. But apart from that, the boat was very well maintained, and the modern plotter was a highlight, essential for navigating the coves of Menorca.
