We have been renting charter boats for over 20 years. I am also a captain myself. This was the worst experience by far. I have also been using click and boat for 2 years. Unfortunately I will not use it again. Our day started with the crew calling us 10 minutes before our pickup that the boat could not enter the port and we had to take water taxis to where the boat was anchored (20 minutes away!). This took us a while with 22 people and we had several people who felt very uncomfortable going on the small water taxis in rough weather. The same issue rose on the way back, one person got injured because they hit their head on the roof of the water taxi. We were a group of 22 people, 11 kids and 11 adults. Not being able to be picked up from port and dropped to the port must NOT be told 5 minutes before the start of the trip. When on board the boat, the captain did not give us a brief of what the day's plan will be, and how the wind will affect our program. This is a crucial step in expectation management. When we first did the reservation, 5 months ago, we told them that we wanted to go around the island and do several swimming spots during the day. The crew just assumed we wanted to do a site seeing tour of the "bare" island and see with no swimming spots. It was like a joke. We intervened and were able to properly swim only after 3 hours. The crew were reluctant to tie the back of the boat to land, and wanted to anchor in the middle of the water - alarga. We finally told them one of us would swim to land and tie the rope to the rocks and that allowed us to swim in calm waters. We decided to move to the next spot and again we found ourselves on a fishing expedition, going endlessly in rough waters. We told them again we just wanted to swim. After sometime we found a place. But the captain decided it was not a good place, and another boat came and anchored exactly where we wanted to anchor (i took pictures of before and after of how we couldn't get in and how the other boat got in). We toured back and anchored next to the other boat, albeit in a much worse place. Enough of the route. The food / snacks were just put on the table. We had to ask for water to be brought up from downstairs continuously. We did not even have any alcohol because the moral of the entire group was super down. We felt uncomfortable in asking for anything. There was a lot of silent negative energy on the boat. Lastly, we were charged €400 more for the fuel price, which was told several days before our trip, which also seems unusual. Looking on the bright side. We only had "one" injury, the boat did not crash to the rocks or another boat, and even though we wasted significant time for pick-up, drop-off and for traveling mindlessly, we were able to swim a little bit. Regards, Orhan

We had aan amazing experience on a daily charter aboard the Princess 60. Captain Angelo and Dimitris were absolutely fantastic — professional, friendly, and always attentive. They took us to beautiful spots, gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy without ever making us feel rushed, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the day. The boat itself was comfortable, but what really made the trip special was their hospitality and care. A truly memorable day on the water — highly recommended!

We had the perfect day (6 adults, 7 children) visiting the most beautiful swimming spots in Corfu. Angelo and his crew were so accomodating and generous with their service the entire day and the boat was the perfect size and speed also. 100% recommend 5 stars. Thank you!
