    Had a great day on the water with Captain Cesar in RIO. Would have liked to shake the first reef allowing us to race a few boats…but I understand owners position. Cesar was outstanding. If you’re in RIO and want a great day (or overnight) sail…this is the ticket. We’ll be back.
