I had the most amazing day for my 40th birthday on the 9th April in Phuket, it was probably one of the best days of my life, everything was perfect, we arrived at the marina & looked after by the crew straight away, very kind & accommodating to me, my family & friends, showed to the boat & a very smooth welcome on board with welcome drinks & life jackets, I could play my own music & the food & drinks were beautiful & all prepared for us all, both destinations we had arrived at were stunning & we was given plenty of time, all the crew was amazing from start to finish, the boat was a perfect size for us all & all the facilities was just spot on, I will definitely be using click & boat again.

That’s just a 5 starts experience. The communication via WhatsApp prior the boat day. The crew, hospitality, the sailing, the swimming/snorkeling non-crowded areas.. We had such a great day !! Shout out to Adun the captain and Grace for taking care of us all day long. Thank you Matt for providing such a professional service.

Our group had the best time. Extremely comfortable for our group of 7. Spots we stopped at to swim at the islands where beautiful and away from crowds so we had our own quiet areas 10/10 day extremely recommend. Crew where amazing

What happens in the case of bad weather?

If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, we recommend postponing your booking to a later date by coordinating with the boat owner on our Click&Boat messenger. For daily charters, you can subscribe to our Weather Guarantee insurance to be fully refunded in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).

Is fuel included in the charter price?

Fuel is included in the rental price. You will not have to pay any extra fuel fees at the port.

Do I need a license to rent this boat?

You do not need a boating license to book this boat. However, you may be asked for an ID on the day of the rental.

In the case of problems with the boat at sea, am I insured?

All boats made available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Do I have the required experience to rent this boat?

Before accepting a booking request, the owner may carry out a check of the renter's nautical resume to ensure that he or she is experienced enough to hire the boat. The owner can also adapt their check-in to the port (training, help to leave the port) according to the nautical skills of the renter.
