Yacht Rental in Amalfi - an Italian destination with character

A famous tourist destination, Amalfi is overlooking the Gulf of Salerno in the Tyrrhenian Sea. The renowned Amalfi coast is a stretch of rocky cliffs and dreamy beaches, and therefore an ideal place for a boating excursion if you happen to be in Italy in the summer. The city of Amalfi itself is lovely and picturesque, with the stupendous Mount Cerreto towering over it. It is time to book a yacht rental in Amalfi!

Why choose a yacht rental on the Amalfi Coast

Yacht rental is best suited for those looking for a truly luxurious experience. Yachts are usually large motorboats that can sleep a group of people comfortably with an abundance of space and are often manned by a captain and crew. Experience all of the comforts of home on board with a fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, and spacious dining areas to enjoy a special meal on board in full luxury. Also with spacious outdoor areas for sunbathing and relaxing, yachts can be the perfect getaway for every type of vacation. From relaxing cruises to exciting adventures and everything in between.

One of the best features of the Click&Boat platform is the ability to message boat owners directly via our online messaging system. This allows you to ask specific questions about a yacht that has caught your attention and arrange specific details of your trip. Are you thinking about booking a yacht for a special occasion? Perhaps a birthday or a honeymoon? Let the boat owner know when you make a booking request to make extra-special arrangements for your escape. Speaking directly with the boat owner also allows you to find out exactly which amenities are available on board. Need access to a jet-ski or other water-sport equipment. Click&Boat also gives you the option of having a free personal advisor who will listen to your every need, your budget, group size and desired destination before finding you the perfect yacht for your holiday. Head over to our quotation page now to get a free quote!

How much does it cost to charter a yacht on the Amalfi Coast

Click&Boat have yachts available to charter to match a wide range of budgets. Beginning at around $2000 / day for yacht charter in Amalfi, the larger and more luxurious the yacht, the more you can expect to pay.

Lots of factors affect the price of a yacht charter in Amalfi including the age of the vessel, the duration of the charter and the time of year. Charters during the high season, especially July and August, will almost always be the most expensive time of year. Looking for a yacht charter at a cheaper price?

Consider renting the yacht in the mid-season, in May or October. The weather will be cooler than the mid-summer heat but will certainly still be pleasant and warm enough to swim. This time of year you also benefit from quieter streets and beaches. The high season has the best weather and, if you prefer a livelier town, the best atmosphere.

When travelling to a foreign country it always helps to know a little bit of the local language. But even better is to know some interesting facts about the area you are visiting. It will help you decide how you want to spend your time on holiday and you can even impress your friends and family.

Did you know that the Amalfi region is extremely famous for the production of some of the best and largest lemons in the world? As a result, they are also huge producers of the Limoncello liquor. Seafood is also a speciality here. Dine in style, overlooking the sea and enjoy some of the freshest and tastiest seafood you have ever had.

The Amalfi coast consists of several stunning towns like Positano and Sorrento. Positano is known as the vertical town and it is no wonder why if you have seen a photo of this stunning town. The buildings a built right into the hill and loom over the coastline. The stunning colours of the buildings create an extraordinary view from the sea with pastel oranges and yellow house fronts that create a collage of beauty. Positano was originally a small fishing village and then became popular among artists and writers. Amazing day out exploring the coast of Amalfi. Raffaele was great and gave us lots of tips of where to go and how to spend our time out for the day. Raffaele and his team were great and it was definitely the highlight of our trip to Amalfi and day we would definitely do again!

Positano, Ravello, Capri were the best parts of our trip. Our boat trip took us from Maiori to Capri with lunch at Marina del Cantone. We went to the Blue Grotto, went swimming several times, and did the tour of the coast. Water was a bit choppy, so if you have seasickness, prepare accordingly.

The Amalfi coast is one of my favourite parts of Italy. It has beautiful towns, warm water and delicious seafood. Make sure to eat all the spaghetti con vongole or pasta con fruite de mare. I found the locals to be more friendly than those we met in Tuscany and Milan.
