    Sergio tried to scam us into giving him more money minutes before the start of the reservation. He very clearly said in the reservation that fuel and skipper is included, but once we got to the boat he threatened to cancel the reservation if we didn’t agree to give him an extra 400 euros for these. It was extremely unprofessional and he was trying to take advantage of us. A welcome drink was also listed on the reservation that we did not get. We booked months in advance at an increased price because it was for the day of the eclipse in Mallorca. While I would recommend against booking with Sergio, our skipper Jose was great. We ended up having a great time with Jose, but it was hard to relax with Sergio being so rude and unprofessional. ****Owner's response:**** hicimos un servicio de 10,,, ese dia hicimos muchas millas para poder ver el eclipse y no lo agradeció..hablamos con el cliente y le explicamos todo acepto y no cumplio..el barco genial y la experiencia genial y el no pago nada mas de lo que ponia en la reserva entonces no entiendo este mensaje o queja gracias
