They asked me for a €1000 deposit in case anything happened to the boat, and they never returned it. They're scammers. The service is terrible. I've been asking for my money back for weeks, and they never reply. Definitely don't rent from them. Μου ζήτησαν προκαταβολή 1000€ σε περίπτωση που συμβεί κάτι στο σκάφος, και δεν το επέστρεψαν ποτέ. Είναι απατεώνες. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι απαίσια. Ζητώ πίσω τα χρήματά μου εδώ και εβδομάδες και δεν απαντούν ποτέ. Σίγουρα μην νοικιάσετε από αυτούς. me pidieron 1000 euros de depósito en el caso de que le pasara algo al bote y nunca me los devolvieron son unos estafadores. pésimo el servicio. les llevo diciendo hace semanas que me devuelvan el dinero y nunca contestan. definitivamente no lo arrienden por favor

We received a different boat than what we booked, which was disappointing because we specifically went with this booking due to features of the boat that were advertised. Also, I asked and clarified with the owner before booking that the boat was coming from Split, but turned out that the boat was coming from Trogir and I had to pay for fuel to/from Trogir.

Great day out with Toni (skipper). He is very knowledgeable and provided good guidance on where to have lunch (great venue and food), swim, snorkel and simply fun with the kids on the tube and skis. Highly recommended.

What happens in the case of bad weather?

If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, it is preferable to postpone the booking and to agree on a new date with the boat owner. For daily rentals, you have the possibility to subscribe to our Weather Guarantee in order to be fully reimbursed in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).

Is fuel included in the charter price?

Do I need a licence to rent this boat?

You must have a boat licence to drive this boat. The paper document may be requested by the owner on the day of booking, so do not hesitate to confirm with the owner the type of licence required for this specific rental (coastal, river, etc...). Please note that it is possible to book the boat without being the skipper yourself at the time of charter.

Am I insured in case of problems with the boat at sea?

All boats available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
