We booked the Kanchita for a 3 night trip for our honeymoon. It was an excellent decision.
Edu asked what we were interested in and tailored an itinerary to suit. We are experienced divers. Edu selected suitable sites and provided detailed briefings so we were able to dive unaccompanied, such a luxury when travelling. The boat was well set up with all necessary equipment, 8 tanks and a compressor. Edu also advised when snorkelling was a better option and which marine life to pay attention for in each location. He is extremely experienced was very safety conscious, so we always felt at ease.
Our itinerary was well balanced and also included visit to well known sites, a night out in Phi Phi, Kayaking, Paddleboarding and swimming.
The boat itself was comfortable, well equipped and in extremely good working order.
Thank you Edu and Moke, our cook for a superb holiday.

An Unforgettable 12 Days on the Andaman Sea
We spent 12 incredible days aboard Edu's 39-foot catamaran, and it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, Edu made our sailing adventure an absolute pleasure.
What set this trip apart was the thoughtful planning. Each day, we were given a few activity options, which struck the perfect balance between structure and flexibility. Edu clearly knows the Andaman Sea intimately—he timed our arrivals at popular tourist spots so we could enjoy them without the crowds, and he also introduced us to hidden gems that most visitors never get to see. That local insight made all the difference.
The catamaran itself was spotless and well-appointed. Everything we needed—towels, snorkels, and other essentials—was readily available and in great condition. It felt like a comfortable home on the water.
If you're looking for a sailing experience that combines stunning destinations, expert local knowledge, and genuine hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

I would like to start by saying that our crew went above and beyond of what we expected. They made our 7 day trip absolutely special. The chef was amazing and served some of the most delicious meals we had in Thailand. The Captain and deck hand were very helpful and experienced.
The communication with Blue Icon was very prompt and efficient. However we did have some issues which are disappointing.
The listing states that this 2019 boat was completely remodeled in May of 2024 but the Catamaran we got was definitely not. I specifically inquired about this before booking since some previous reviews mentioned this issue.
I was assured that we would be sailing on a boat that was virtually brand new but that wasn't the case.
Apparently Blue Icon owns several.
I requested 2 Paddle boards and was assured that they would be on board. For the entire trip we only had 1 which became quite annoying at times.
The captain mentioned that the 2nd one apparently had a leak and would not be usable which is understandable on a 1 or 2 day cruise, but for 7 days it seems unreasonable.
We were supposed to have sea-bob underwater scooters which were not on board at all. The Captain mentioned that they keep breaking, so they are not boarded anymore.
That was also a disappointment since these items were the deciding factor when we chose Blue Icon over another company.
The pictures in the listing do not reflect the true age of the boat or the equipment.
Overall it was a great trip but Blue Icon could have been more proactive.

This boat is very nice, Super cute and fun. I recommend taking it out for the closer islands. It does move slow so plan to sit back and enjoy the scenery. There were 6 of us on the adventure and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The driver and tour guide were amazing. Jamie is the sweetest girl ever and she made the day extra special.
