Our family (including our children aged 8 and 11) just returned from an incredible 12-day journey on the Leopard 39 with Edu and his assistant, Green. It was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip to Thailand. What makes this experience truly stand out is the crew. Edu is not only a highly professional and calm skipper, but he also knows the entire region like the back of his hand. He planned our route so perfectly that we often arrived at famous spots just before the crowds, or he showed us hidden gems that you would never find on a standard tour. Every evening we were presented with multiple options for the next days to customize the trip on the go. Green was equally fantastic, always helpful and making sure everything on board ran smoothly. As other reviews mentioned, the catamaran is in great condition. You can tell it is maintained with a lot of love—it’s very comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. From diving equipment to sea kayaks, riff shoes, underwater torches… everything is well thought out. For our kids, it was a paradise. They felt safe at all times, and the highlights were definitely the sea kayaking into remote lagoons and the endless snorkeling sessions in crystal-clear water. Edu’s expertise as a dive instructor really shows in how he handles the water activities. If you are looking for a tailormade, high-quality family trip away from the mass tourism, look no further. We cannot recommend Edu and Green highly enough.

An Unforgettable 12 Days on the Andaman Sea We spent 12 incredible days aboard Edu's 39-foot catamaran, and it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, Edu made our sailing adventure an absolute pleasure. What set this trip apart was the thoughtful planning. Each day, we were given a few activity options, which struck the perfect balance between structure and flexibility. Edu clearly knows the Andaman Sea intimately—he timed our arrivals at popular tourist spots so we could enjoy them without the crowds, and he also introduced us to hidden gems that most visitors never get to see. That local insight made all the difference. The catamaran itself was spotless and well-appointed. Everything we needed—towels, snorkels, and other essentials—was readily available and in great condition. It felt like a comfortable home on the water. This was our first charter and the experience has exceeded all expectations. We chartered Kanthicha who is a 39 foot Leopard cataramaran for a boys trip. Space was ample and each of us had our own cabin. We enjoyed days of sailing and snorkelling and diving as this is also a dive boat with Edu a Dive Master Instructer. Edu was very kind and a perfect guide and boatmate. Without him, we would probably have seen less than a quarter of what we did. Edu has local knowledge of the best times to visit sights and also the best anchorages. Cabins are clean, comfortable and sleep was divine. There is nothing like sleeping under star / moonlight (coming through the window) with the gentle sea breeze and the gentle rocking of the boat. If the air is still and particularly humid, Edi can run the generators and start the AC as well. The locations we’ve accessed are very special with much privilege over the normal long tail day tourists. Timing of our visits and overnight anchorages meant exclusive untainted experiences. To summarise it: we would all do this again and are now dreaming of our next trip. Thank you Edu.

We joined Edu for a one week trip on his catamaran in the Andaman sea. The boat was well maintained and comfortable. Edu is a very experienced sailor and dive master. He knows the different islands very well, all the best snorkel and dive spots. We would highly recommend Edu. We'll be back for sure !

We had a wonderful time exploring the islands and beaches of southern Thailand with Edu and would highly recommend him and his Leopard 39. He was really helpful before the trip with questions, answers and logistics including shopping, and then during the trip we did some excellent sailing and touring. He had excellent suggestions and recommendations on destinations and was also flexible as we adapted along the way based on our interests. One of the highlights was going diving with Edu and my two kids, who are certified, but have not done many dives, and so Edu gave them a detailed briefing, and lots of advice and tips that made them comfortable and will continue to improve their diving. Overall it was an amazing trip and the highlight of my sister's family's visit to Thailand.
