We arrived at the boat on time and waited 20 minutes for an unexpected skipper change. The new skipper, named Lautaro, proved to be a wonderful person, very helpful, and extremely competent. The boat had a malfunctioning engine and repeatedly wouldn't start throughout the day. The skipper, on the owner's advice, had to hammer the engine to get it to start again. With three children on board, that's not the safest thing to do. We also wasted time at the start and during the scheduled swimming stops. We were worried that sooner or later it wouldn't start again. Skipper Lautaro (called by the owner 10 minutes before our departure) proved to be super professional and kind. The rest wasn't as good, especially considering the price of over €400 for the boat alone (plus €200 for the skipper and €100 for gas). The money for gas is fine, the money for the skipper is well deserved, but the money for the boat not running is not so great. Menorca is splendid as always.
