¡Un robo! No cumple lo que anuncia… Pague casi 2 mil euros y me sentí robado Contratamos un servicio privado —no un tour— y esto es lo que recibimos: • Sin toallas • Sin equipo de snorkel • Sin aperitivos de bienvenida • Sin champagne • “Snacks” que son una porquería • Bebidas escasas y a cuentagotas: una botella de prosecco y una de limoncello para todo el recorrido • Un capitán que apenas habla inglés El operador se llama SEE YOU ABOARD — tómenlo en cuenta. Al subirnos al bote, nos recibió una persona de trato frío, difícil de comunicarse y sin ninguna bienvenida. Me di cuenta de que las bebidas no serían ofrecidas a menos que las solicitáramos, y al pedirlas noté que las administraba como si le costaran de su bolsillo. Los “snacks” eran frituras de cincuenta centavos, y además estaban reservados para entregarse hasta llegar a Amalfi, porque “si no, se acababan”. Esto es sencillamente absurdo. Otros operadores aquí mismo en la Costa Amalfi ofrecen una experiencia mucho más digna. Vi con mis propios ojos cómo Luxury Tours atendía a sus clientes de forma impecable, incluso en embarcaciones más pequeñas. Al reclamar a la agencia, sus respuestas fueron aún más decepcionantes. Intentaron hacerme sentir que el problema era yo, argumentando que el anuncio no decía “bebidas y snacks ilimitados”. Cierto —pero tampoco menciona ninguna restricción. Se esmeraron más en tener la razón que en resolver. Fue como discutir con alguien que sabe que la regó y aun así se niega a reconocerlo. Mi molestia nunca fue el dinero. Solo quería recibir lo que pagué, y si algo tenía un costo adicional, con gusto lo hubiera cubierto. Una verdadera pena. ……. A total rip-off! They don’t deliver what they advertise. We booked a private service — not a tour — and this is what we got: • No towels • No snorkel gear • No welcome drinks • No champagne • “Snacks” that are absolute trash • Drinks rationed and barely offered: one bottle of prosecco and one of limoncello for the entire trip • A captain who barely speaks English The operator is called SEE YOU ABOARD — keep that in mind. When we boarded, we were received by someone cold, hard to communicate with, and offering zero welcome. I quickly realized drinks would not be offered unless requested — and when I asked, he handled them as if they were coming out of his own pocket. The “snacks” were fifty-cent fried junk, and even those were being held back until we reached Amalfi, because — and I quote — “otherwise they’d run out.” This is simply outrageous. Other operators right here on the Amalfi Coast deliver a far superior experience. I watched Luxury Tours serve their guests impeccably, on smaller boats no less. When I complained to the agency, their response was even more disappointing. They tried to gaslight me, claiming the listing never said “unlimited drinks and snacks.” True — but it also never mentioned any restrictions. They were more interested in being right than making things right. It felt like arguing with a five-year-old who got caught misbehaving and still refuses to admit it. My issue was never about the money. I simply wanted what I paid for — and if anything cost extra, I would have gladly paid. What a shame. ….. Una truffa bella e buona! Contato e razionato: una bottiglia di prosecco e una di limoncello per tutto il giro • Un capitano che l’inglese lo parla a malapena Il responsabile si chiama SEE YOU ABOARD — tenetelo bene a mente. Appena saliti a bordo, ci siamo trovati davanti a un tipo freddo come il marmo, impossibile da approcciare, senza un minimo di accoglienza. Subito ho capito che da bere non te lo offrivano — dovevi chiederlo tu. E quando l’ho fatto, lo tirava fuori come se glielo stessero levando di tasca. Gli “snack” erano porcherie fritte da due soldi, e pure quelli li tenevano nascosti fino ad Amalfi, perché — testuale — “sennò finivano.” Roba da matti, davvero. Qui sulla Costiera ci sono operatori che con molto meno ti fanno sentire come un re. Ho visto con i miei occhi come Luxury Tours trattava i propri clienti — un’altra categoria, e su barche pure più piccole. Quando ho reclamato con l’agenzia, è andata ancora peggio. Hanno provato a farmi passare per stupido, dicendo che nell’annuncio non c’era scritto “bevande e snack illimitati.” Vero — ma non c’era scritto neanche nessuna restrizione. Più che risolvere, volevano avere ragione a tutti i costi. Sembrava di litigare con un bambino capriccioso beccato in fallo che non vuole ammettere niente. Il problema non è mai stato il denaro. Volevo solo ricevere quello per cui avevo pagato — e se c’era qualcosa in più da pagare, lo avrei fatto volentieri. Una vergogna.
