The boat was exactly as pictured and very clean. The owner is quick to respond, flexible with arrival and return times, and very friendly. The boat's operation is thoroughly explained before departure. Highly recommended to rent this boat!

Toni welcomed us. Very friendly. He explained everything perfectly and welcomed us back. Very friendly. The boat was perfect. It had music, an awning, and a place to sunbathe. There was no toilet, and I couldn't buy ice... but anyway, everything was fine. I would go back.

It was a very nice boat that we rented and everything went really well with the booking, everything from communication to the description of the place we were supposed to meet up we were good. What brings down the rating was that you only got to go to Albufereta beach and no further than that. We would have liked to have gone further north to see Campello and some other parts of the coast.

The boat offers good value for money. However, there are several important points to note. Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that some of the advertised services were unavailable: the onboard table was broken, and the audio system wasn't working. None of these issues were communicated to us in advance, which affected our experience from the start. Furthermore, our trip had to be cut short due to adverse weather conditions. While we were offered a small financial compensation, no alternative was suggested, such as simply postponing it to the next day, which would have allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. In summary, the boat is good value for money, but the lack of transparency regarding the defective equipment and the lack of a solution to the interruption are regrettable.

The boat is very nice and the value for money is also good. Jasmin deserves praise as she served us perfectly, was very helpful, nice and smiling. Unfortunately, I give it 4 stars in terms of customer service, because I had to start the reservation at 10 a.m. and there was no contact with the landlord until 11 a.m. Fortunately, we reached an agreement and received compensation for this incident.

Never rent a boat from these people! Akraboats Alicante scammers! The app states that the deposit is €200. On arrival we had to pay a €250 cash deposit. We have not been given any further information about any additional costs. We were given a boat with a half empty tank, when we came to a standstill without gas. €250 deposit was withheld and we had to pay another €300 service costs and petrol for the boat that came to pick us up. Final score: rented a boat for an afternoon for 250 rent + 250 deposit + 300 scammers cost 800 € ripped off by these people. Never, ever rent a boat from Akraboats in Alicante.
