Boat Without Licence Cayman 585 40hp
Cayman 585 open boats from the speedy shipyard, all from 2024 with Yamaha 40/80 engines from 2024. Our only goal is to make our customers spend an unforgettable and special day with all the necessary comforts and inevitable fun. On our boats you will find the necessary safety equipment and in addition to the basic onboard equipment there will be optional options such as a bluetooth speaker that can be connected to any type of device.

Terrible experience with 0 customer service. I highly recommend not using this company Amalfi charter. First to book the boat was easy but very expensive. We paid the extra as we were assured they are better and that’s why they are more expensive. Got down there they try to throw you on the boat. They say they will take you through the boat but no one did. Luckily I’m very experienced. Once we got out of the port the motor was cutting in and out all day. So we were going 6 knots and when the motor decided to work for 60 seconds here and there we went 17 knots. We messaged them but no response. Every boat with the same engines were all going past us. We also messaged on 4 different occasions about the weather. It was windy and they said it would clear up and perfect boating weather. Well it got far worse we took the boat back 3 hours early as well as started 1 hour late due to being messed around. We finally got to a spot to swim and decided we wanted music ( which we confirmed every boat and other charter company came with) but they had taken it off so no music. They asked us to please never use the anchor. Everyone else was anchoring so we could not go for a swim as it was too windy and we would have lost the boat. We did not make it far or see hardly anything due to faulty motor and very windy 32knots. We finally got back to Amalfi port 3 hours early after a 1 hour trip from the bay next door getting smashed with waves and my partner hiding under a towel. ( would have been much quicker if motor was not faulty) then they filled the boat and charged us another 100euro. The most expensive boat day and very disappointing. We spoke to the girls at the end again and they were shocked but said too bad. We also messaged Alfonso and he has not responded it is now 18 hours later since he has read our message. STAY AWAY from this company
Excellent Job -- conveniently located boat in the Amalfi harbor, renting is organized via Amalfi Charter, who did a great job explaining and organizing the process. We took the time to go slowly along the cost both ways during peak season (skipped the transfer to capri), very fair rental conditions on fuel (full/full - we ended around 65€ paid by credit card straight to the gas station). Highly recommend THIS boat as it has double sunroof -- we had one of the hottest days in summer 40°C but the windchill while driving which shades made a very joyful adventure from an otherwise crazy hot day.

All in all a great experience. Only problem we had was the boat gas gage was not working so we have no idea if we started out with a full tank so when it came time at the end of our day on the water and we had to do a fuel fill up we were shocked at the amount of fuel we used for such a small motor. Big gas bill. Oh well, still had a great day on a nice boat. Thank you!

We had a really nice time sailing along the Amalfi coast. The boat was great, as expected and very user-friendly. The team has been very helpful. Great experience !
We had a great time. Everyone was very nice. I had hoped for more instruction on where some of the “lesser known” good places to explore were along the coast but I think that was reserved for those that rented a driver as well. Not knowing the level of boating skill of each renter it makes sense that they would just tell everyone to stay 200 ft away from everything. The boat was in great shape for its age. I could tell it was well maintained. The only thing that we missed that it advertised was that the back half of the Bimini top did not work- so less shade. I rated this boat as a lower value for the money because it did not have a fresh water shower or stereo. Something many boats offered that charged about $100 less. They did let us borrow a small ice chest which was nice. $6 for a small container of ice nearby. They told us to not drop anchor around Capri. I didn’t listen and anchored along a line of other boats that were anchored and our anchor got stuck and we had to leave it. We of course had to pay for it but the rental company was super nice about the entire thing. I would recommend this to anyone. It was amazing. Bring lots of water, some snacks and some extra water to rinse off with if that’s important to you.

We had an incredible day on the boat. Pasquale could not have been more helpful. He knew everything about the coast and we saw so many stunning swimming spots and he booked us a lovely lunch. It was so relaxing and he was always there to offer us drinks and help us on and off the boat after swimming. Would highly recommended renting this boat for the day!!
Absolutely greay experience, the stuff was friendly and explained everything. Boat is in a good condition and the motor is almost brand new.
We had a lovely day out on the water with a Skipper. We have some boating experience and contemplated going without the skipper but it worked out so well. We had a young man named Pasquale (Pascal). He was fantastic. I highly recommend you ask for him and make sure you leave him a great tip/gratuity. Pasquale and the women at the amalfi charter desk helped plan out our stops and where to go for lunch. They provided a cooler with some drinks. We brought some as well. Their drinks were warm so we drank some of ours. We did bring some ice with us from the small cafe/snack bar closeby. Best part of having the skipper is he knew exactly where to go, was an expert at navigating the boat close to other boats and in and out of caves, etc. Those are things that we would likely have been too cautious to do. It was also great that it made it easy to jump off the boat and swim without any worries about dropping anchor, etc. Worth noting that parking at the amalfi marina is expensive at 5 euros per hour so for the day it was 45 euros.

Wonderful hire company - did everything they could to accommodate us. We had a fuel issue that got in the way of the full day but the support during that time was outstanding.
Smooth and quick communication with Alfonso for the arrangement of the rental. Vera, at the boat stand is very kind & professional, she provided us with instructions of the boat as well as recommendations where to go, and made sure we all our wishes were fulfilled. Highly recommend renting from Alonso & Vera!

Everything went very smoothly! We were picked up nicely in the morning, before we were called that it would be a little later. It was not clear that we would first go to Amalfi to sign the contract there. This did take some time, but because we had the boat the whole day that was not a problem either. The boat was in good condition and looked exactly like the pictures. We had a wonderful day on the water! And in the end the bill for the petrol was not too bad.
