Nice boat. Quite good value for amalfi coast. Everything was working except for the shower and some normal wear and tear.

After the initial booking confirmation, which was fast, the communication was terrible. We tried communicating via email, Click and Boat direct message and calling them. Nothing. We must have tried these three methods a total of 15+ times. After the initial confirmation we were told we’d be given the exact boat rental location via WhatsApp. That message never arrived so we were left wandering around Amalfi marina asking for ‘Teresa’ hoping we weren’t scammed. If anyone is in the same boat, their address is ‘Via Lungomare dei Cavalieri, 84011 Amalfi’. We finally found them and the exact boat we rented wasn’t available, not sure if that was an oversight or they didn’t have our booking. Replacement boat was perfectly acceptable. To make matters worse, we gave a Drivers License to them as part of the rental agreement that was never returned to us. Now due to the communication issues (see above) I don’t know how we get this back.

Amazing experience!

The communication only worked on the morning of the rental. Then I was told where to go and that we will get a replacement boat from another supplier. On the promenade I had to ask for Laura Teresa, who initially nobody knew there. But then there was a little house from Ristorante Teresa, which also dealt with boat rentals. From then on everything went very easily. The young lady was friendly and we received our boat which was now from amalfiboat.it. When idling the boat sometimes stalled and the anchor winch was bent and couldn't be used, but with a little effort you could still pull the anchor up that way. Otherwise the boat was the same as our order and it had comfortable seating and sunbathing areas. However, communication via email, SMS and WhatsApp needs to be improved.

There was a problem with the boat (engine was broken), but it was promptly fixed by having another boat borrowed, so we had no delay. The boat was well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. Fast check in and check out.

Great service, very helpful and friendly staff all flawless

Terrifying experience. We hired a boat this morning for the first time. At first everything was fine, the staff at the info info point were impeccable, as was the guy who explained the operation of the boat to us. Teresa (the woman who was at the info point) advised us on an itinerary and therefore first of all to arrive in Positano and then returning back to skirt Minori and Maiori. Too bad that as soon as we left the port area we found ourselves in front of an indecent sea. After about an hour and a half of waves we brought the boat back to the dock and like us (obviously) many others. As if that were not enough, after having brought the boat back to an hour and a half before departure (we had to keep it from 9:00 to 18:00) not only have they collected the previous money paid, but they have added another 15 euros of fuel. I finish by saying that at the end of the "race" when (obviously) I went to complain about their lack of honesty with Teresa, she comes out saying: "Ah, didn't we tell you that the sea was rough?" I leave the final judgment to you. consider them thieves? I wonder.

Great boat and very attentive and kind service. Boat maintenance and cleaning on board can be improved.
