Boat Without Licence Ranieri Azzurra 40hp
I rent this fun boat to spend carefree days in the company of friends and family. The 5.50 m boat is equipped with an awning and sunbathing cushions and can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. A nautical license is not required as it is a 40 hp boat, and the presence of the skipper is not mandatory. Given its small size, it is possible to reach even the smallest and most hidden coves of the splendid Conero Riviera, passing from Ancona up to Sirolo. It is possible to rent the boat on a daily basis. The cost of fuel is excluded from the price. The boat I had rented was not available. We get another boat and that boat had many bad things. The stairs to get on board was broken on several places and it was hard impossible to get on board after swimming. One of the passengers had a serious wou d on het leg. The railing on the sundeck was broken and not good tightend. It was not possible to sit there because you could not hold you on the railing. The sunscreen was not good fastend to the boat, the screws were gone out of the polyesther. Also many screws are lose and you can hurt seriously. I can’t recommend this boat
Hello everybody! Everything was perfect. I’ve sailed all my life, and for the price this is a great choice! They upgraded our boat and it was great. Good size for the money, and the fuel ended up being just 26,05 more. Great day all in all, good to anchor up after sightseeing and enjoying the Italian late summer. Great communication via WhatsApp and even got 30 minutes more because we pushed the schedule a little. Awesome and thanks! Kind regards, Max Jacobsen.
Beautiful day, boat as described and kind manager. Unfortunately I found the following behavior not very serious: the announcement includes fuel included; AFTER paying, they send me the information showing the fuel is excluded. I asked for clarification. They replied that the problem is a "bug" on the site that does not allow the ad to be corrected and that the captain "forgot" to warn me before I paid. By now I had planned the day with the family and I didn't ask to cancel but I was very disappointed by this behavior. If the service offered does not correspond to what is described in the advertisement (which has the legal value of a contract) you must notify BEFORE payment, not after.
Nice experience with my family, a bit dated boat, some maintenance and cleaning would not hurt.

Boat is too small for sailing at sea. Makes water even in moderate waves. No more than 5 people including the person steering on board are allowed. Not 6 as stated in ad. Furthermore, on departure it was stated in no uncertain terms that it is not allowed to come closer than 300m to the coast or close to the beach under penalty of €500 because people are afraid of damage. Anchoring somewhere and wading to the beach for something to eat or drink is therefore not an option. This must be reported when booking and not on departure.
The boat does not match at all as in the photo. We were quite disappointed when we saw the boat. The engine was even older than the boat itself. The reception of the people was nothing to criticize.
Positive experience and boat that met the conditions. I would recommend taking care of the cleaning of the boat and especially the awning a little more. Overall good experience.
