A few clouds in the sky or a few degrees cooler than desired are not reasons to reschedule your trip.

Our boat trip took place at the beginning of November, so it was quite chilly, but bright sunshine during the day and a working heater at night meant this wasn't a problem. However, finding moorings and emptying the blackwater proved a bit difficult in the off-season. But this didn't detract from our fantastic holiday experience. We'd love to do it again! ❤️
It had been a beautiful day on the houseboat.
I strongly advise against renting this boat. The experience was extremely unpleasant from the start. Although we only booked three hours instead of a full day, we were charged almost the full daily rate. Heating, fuel, and every little extra were also charged separately. During the handover, we were forbidden from using the furniture (such as the sunbed) because a new rental was due, even though we had already paid almost the entire rental fee. When we tried to cancel shortly after booking due to the high costs, we were simply told that a cancellation would cost 100% of the total. The worst part was the owner's highly inappropriate comments to a friend on board, which perpetuated gender stereotypes and focused on how to operate the boat. All in all, an expensive and absolutely not recommended experience.
Renting the houseboat was an experience for the whole family. It was especially exciting for our little one, and there was an adventure to discover every day. We had perfect boating weather, which rounded off the vacation. It was a bit disappointing that houseboats don't have a good reputation on the waters, and docking was prohibited for large boats in several places. The yellow wave sometimes doesn't help either. The Erkner city harbor was very nice and clean, and the lidos, especially Wendenschloß, were great.
We had a great time on Ronny's boat, which was in good condition.
We had a really nice few days on the water. Highly recommended!
