Everything went well.
Everything was good, staff very friendly and relaxed, boat clean and functional, for a day tour with 6 people on board we found it very cramped, no more room for the cool boxes, the extra cost for fuel was unfortunately in the small print when booking via the app Click&Boat, so I overlooked it and was surprised to be asked to pay again at the end of the tour. But the calculation and information on site was also not transparent, the display on the boat is very vague. It is also a shame that the booking times are fixed and the only time window available is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We had a long journey and so lost 1/12 hour for the tour. 30 minutes of this was for registration and instructions, as other guests started at the same time. I wonder what it would have been like if we had actually arrived at 9 a.m., as the rush would probably be even bigger and the waiting time longer. Overall we had a very nice day, the weather was perfect and the recommended tour was interesting. Compared to other rental companies the price for a Saturday was good, others charge twice as much.
