Check-in days: Monday, Thursday & Friday. Other days by arrangement. We rent out the Schobbejak 1050; this cruiser is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The boat is equipped with a bow thruster, but some boating experience is required. The boat is located in Bodegraven, in the heart of the Groene Hart, a short boat ride from Alphen aan den Rijn and Woerden. However, you can also reach Katwijk in 4.5 hours, within walking distance of the beach. The boat is fully equipped with all modern conveniences: a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate beds, and a table that converts into a large double bed. Naturally, you prefer to sail in beautiful weather, enjoy relaxing on the 2 large cushions on the aft deck, and jump into the water via the swimming platform. However, the weather in the Netherlands can sometimes be changeable, but even then, you can still fully enjoy yourself on the boat. The canopy can be closed completely, allowing you to maintain good visibility while sailing, but sections can also be opened, allowing for a pleasant cruise. The canopy is also sometimes ideal on a sunny day as a bimini top. Upon departure, you will receive a brief introduction to the boat, after which your adventure can begin. You can easily plan your own sailing route using the Waterkaarten app. Surroundings If you are a nature lover, there are beautiful lakes and ponds within reach. Think, among others, of the Nieuwkoopse Plassen, Braassemermeer, Westeinderplassen, or the Kaag. However, because the boat departs from the center of the country, there are many nice places within reach to visit, such as the larger towns including Gouda, Leiden, Utrecht, Katwijk, Alphen aan den Rijn, and Woerden.
