Our experience was unfortunately only moderately positive. The anchor was not properly mounted, so we lost it when we stopped at a beach to swim. We only noticed this when we wanted to leave again. When we realized that the anchor was no longer attached to the rope, we immediately called the rental company and described the situation. Instead of helping us, they simply told us that we would have to pay for the anchor and would not get our deposit back unless we returned the anchor. We were advised to dive for the anchor, even though we had no diving equipment or experience. The rental company claimed that the anchor had been inspected and that it must have been our fault, even though we had done everything as shown. A whole part was missing, and it was unlikely that the anchor had been properly inspected. We insisted that it was not our fault, to which the rental company responded that they would need to speak with the boss first. However, the boss maintained that we would have to pay if we did not return the anchor. Fortunately, a man from another boat rental company helped us, searched for the anchor, and found it. He reattached the anchor and confirmed that the loose anchor could not have been our fault. We then returned as we no longer felt safe without an intact anchor. We informed the rental company that we would be returning at noon and expected compensation. Initially, this was refused. At the harbor, however, the rental company waited for us and refunded the deposit as well as 100 euros of the already paid rental fee, which was fair. Nevertheless, we had to fight for it and are not sure if they would have been as generous if we had returned without the anchor. During the phone call, they did not offer us any real help, and we no longer felt comfortable on the boat.

The experience was truly spectacular. We rented the boat without a license for four hours. They gave us directions and we arrived at a beautiful cove, Coll Baix. It was easy to navigate, Carlos was very friendly, and gave us all the tips to make the day as spectacular as it was. 100% recommended. We'll be back.
Everything was perfect. We had to come back a little early due to the weather, but it was no problem. We were comfortable and we really liked it.
