Worst experience ever! After renting many boats the last years in many different countries I never experienced such a bad host. Also the boat didn’t match the pictures at all. The actual boat was much older, less luxurious and had technical problems such as missing backrest of the steering post, no table, screws that were sticking out which damaged our bathing cloths and an anchor line which was broken and tied together by a bad knot what resulted in loosing the anchor which we had to pay for in the end and had to come back early. We were also falsely accused of loosing snorkelling gear. The host treated us very rude and unfair, this is not a “super owner” but a “super bad owner” There are much better boat rental companies in Castellammare del Golfo, people watch out and never rent at this company because it’s a scam, they only want to earn money on the worst possible way.

Perfect day! Staff is helpful, takes the time to explain all the safety instructions. Boat is clean, well equipped. The area is a must see by boat. I highly recommend.

Very good! We had actually booked for a day with a lot of waves forecast. Luigi took us out to sea and suggested postponing the trip to the next day. That was very nice. Overall, we had a great day!
Unfortunately, there was no cooler on board, as stated in the description (perhaps they should have requested this verbally in advance). Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about; we had a very nice day :)
First of all, I would like to note that all the staff, apart from the owner, are very nice and polite. All I can say about the boat is that it's a very old boat; it definitely doesn't match the pictures in the ad. We didn't even open the awning because it looked very wobbly and poor quality. Technically, I would give the boat a 3 out of 10. As various reviews here will confirm, the anchor is a complete disgrace. The first 5 times it held and worked. And then the 6th time, the rope came up again without an anchor. Ultimately, we couldn't leave without paying. We didn't want the choleric owner to ruin our day. Conclusion: I can highly recommend a boat tour. We had fun, and you get to places you can't get to by car and would be difficult to get to on foot. If you absolutely have to use this rental company, I recommend taking out the necessary insurance to cover damage or loss of items (e.g., anchors). However, I believe this owner intentionally rents out boats in poor condition to people who don't take out the necessary insurance. He himself mentioned that this happens all the time, and that people lose anchors every day. So, it's very questionable whether this man is acting grossly negligent or not. And then to insult his "renters" in Italian and make derogatory comments just shows what kind of person someone is. Ci vediamo!..
