Very bad customer service on return. You get scammed with the gasoline (ask to see the gas canister in vertical position at port before leaving) and Luigi is extremely rude when you ask to check it. He threw the canister at my feet and made a bad gesture. I would never get a boat from these people again and they have several click&boat profiles for the same boat. Surprisingly another client who was Italian and as swearing at them because she had a bad experience on return too.
Renting the boat for the day was an absolutely fantastic experience! The team was incredibly attentive and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great day out on the water. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and they were excellent in guiding us through the boat handling process. The boat itself was in pristine condition—virtually brand new—and it was the perfect vessel for exploring. We had an amazing day cruising along the coast, visiting the stunning Zingaro Nature Reserve, and anchoring in some truly breathtaking spots. I can't recommend this experience highly enough and am already looking forward to our next adventure!

Thank you for a wonderful boat. We had the most incredible day on the water. The boat was clean when we received it. The training was basic but adequate. The only real quibble was that at the end of the day, tired and exhausted we could not dispose of the rubbish we had. We were given a ticket to hand in the rubbish a considerable walk from the boat. Why not avail the same bin to your clients on the quay? Overall it was an incredible day, great gear and fantastic service.
Luca gave us an great explanation about everything that we needed to know before leaving the harbor. It was a great experience!
