Vlad was incredible. We unfortunately arrived late and he was very understanding and hospitable. We had an amazing day anchoring the boat, swimming, listening to music. Completely idyllic. The boat was easy to manoeuvre, they taught us how to drive the boat and were patient during the teaching.
It took a few minutes to find us which led to a late starting time. But the boat was perfect.
Great price compared to other businesses. Katerina was very accommodating and delayed our start time by 30 mins as we arrived late. They offered to help with parking which was nice. The instructions were very helpful on how to use the boat and anchor and what to look out for (large rocks obscured by waves). We visited Theodorou and Lazaretta Islands within the allocated 3.5 hours for a half day rental. The boats were very clean and new looking. They came with an ice pack bag to keep our drinks cool. Over all the service was exceptional however the only reason this is not 5 stars is the speakers on the boat did not work which we was looking forward to using however luckily we had a back up speaker just in case. In addition there was a slight language barrier ( we we English) and confusion in some instances on certain things but over all we understood everything. If I come back to Crete, I will defiantly be contacting Katerina again for another rental as this was a great experience compare to other businesses I have used in Zante in the past. For us it was not good because the gentleman is heavy and the ladder is very short and very narrow. So he only swam once because he had a lot of trouble getting back up so definitely no second attempt!! We only left at 11:30 instead of 10 (administrative time....) Boat returned at 2:20 instead of 5:30 or 6:30 (given the 1/2 hour lost at the start....) A discount of 10 euros on fuel was kindly given to us (without us asking) but we did not get a refund for having used the boat for only 2h50 instead of 7 hours. Not even half....!! At least it would be considered a 1/2 day even if we are far from it... and we would be reimbursed for the difference that would have been fair. We are very disappointed because other boats have a more suitable ladder as well as a rest area for sunbathing on board and we could have had a nice day. Sandrine Abbad
Very well received, boat conforms to the descriptions, the only downside is that the 2 USB sockets did not work.
Good welcome and boat as expected, we went to Lazareta and Theodorou island for 30th of gas, good experience.
The service was great! We were given a very friendly welcome, received an introduction and did a test drive around the harbor before we set off. I didn't read anywhere beforehand that you had to pay extra for the fuel. That was another €30, or €60 for a full tank. But I can only recommend it! Thank you very much
It is worth taking advantage of this attraction - perfect contact with the staff, introduction and, if someone has never sailed, explanation of the boat service at the highest level. I highly recommend it
