Biograd is in the center of the riviera. The riviera consists of the following villages: Petar na Moru, Turanj, Sveti Filip and Jakov, Biograd, Pakoštane and Drage. On the island of Pašman, you will find the following villages: Tkon, Kraj, Pašman, Barotul, Mrljane, Nevidane, Dobropoljana, Banj and Zdrelac, and Vrgada. You will truly enjoy chartering a yacht in Biograd na Moru to start a cruise, and explore some of these places. On the other hand, you can weigh anchor and sail towards the north, to the popular city of Zadar, or to the southern Adriatic to sail to Split and discover the island of Brač.
In Biograd na Moru, 239 privately owned yachs are available for charter. See other yachts in the area
This is a good starting point, just between two very nice places to sail: Croatia Zadar And Croatia Sibenik. A good place to go to krka river or Cornati Islands, Or head to the north depending of your program and the wind forecasts. We did a whole week sailing: Biograd-Murter-Sibenik-Skradin-Murter-Biograd. Very nice!
Biograd can be recommended because a lot of small island are in front of the city, like Pasman, Ugljan, Vrgada, compared to the bigger city like Zadar or Sibenik. Small bays with sand beaches are om Pasman island. Biograd offers also nice restaurants and is not so overcrowded. In Biograd you have also the gas station for the boats.
