Brilliant service all around. Fast, friendly and clear about where we could and couldn’t go. We had a fuel feed issue with our boat about an hour into our day, so made a quick call to the renter and they sent a boat out immediately to get us going again, and then brought us back to the dock straight onto a fresh boat just in case it happened again, all within minutes of making the call. Problems can always happen, but it was dealt with super fast and professionally. I would 100% recommend this rental to anyone for a great time out in Elounda. We will be using them again if we return in the future

Angelos was very friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole booking process. The boat was exactly as described, clean and easy to drive. The explanation before departure was clear and helpful, especially for a first-time skipper. We had a wonderful afternoon exploring the beautiful coastline around Elounda and Spinalonga. I highly recommend renting from Angelos. Thank you for a great experience!

What happens in the case of bad weather?

If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, it is preferable to postpone the booking and to agree on a new date with the boat owner. For daily rentals, you have the possibility to subscribe to our Weather Guarantee in order to be fully reimbursed in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).

Is fuel included in the charter price?

Fuel is included in the rental price. You will not have to pay any extra at the port.

Do I need a licence to rent this boat?

You do not need a boating licence to book this boat. However, you may be asked for an ID on the day of the rental.

Am I insured in case of problems with the boat at sea?

All boats available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Am I experienced enough to rent this boat?
