Watch out – scammer alert!!!! You have to pay an extra €150 upon arrival for “fuel,” even though the tanks only hold 30 liters. If you want to pay by card, it suddenly becomes €185. The boat itself was fine, although he claims to rent out boats from 30 to 80 HP, but only has 30 HP boats... We were only able to leave 45 minutes after the agreed time, but still had to return on time, even though we arrived as scheduled. All in all, I wouldn't go here. I’ve had plenty of good experiences with other rental companies on Rhodes.

The fuel costs weren't based on actual consumption, but on a flat rate, which, considering the size of the boat, is much more than a full tank. When we returned the tank, it showed a 30-40% consumption. The owner responded superficially to the complaints. I will also file a complaint with Click and Boat to receive a refund for the amount that I paid but wasn't due. Luigi Male. La barca non era conforme a quella prenotata. Non solo era più piccola e meno potente, ma non riusciva neanche ad andare in planata. Al nostro arrivo Il proprietario stava litigando per un motivo simile con altri due turisti. I costi del carburante non sono stati i consumi effettivi, ma un forfait che, considerata l’imbarcazione è molto più del pieno ed alla riconsegna il serbatoio segnava un consumo del 30/40%. Le lamentele sono state recepite con superficialità dal proprietario. Farò anche un esposto a click and boat per ricevere un rimborso di quanto pagato e non dovuto Luigi
My rating should definitely be much much worse BUT it's possible that Michalis had a harder day because this behavior was definitely not good on his part. With best retards, Polish crew from today 😉

We had a wonderful day renting this boat! I highly recommend spending your day sailing around the coast - just be prepared to pay a 110-140 € for the fuel ⛽️ other than that it was a very nice and good experience

Everything was perfectly organized – the boat was in excellent condition, very easy to handle, and ideal for exploring the coastline around Faliraki. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us all the information we needed before setting off. We discovered beautiful hidden coves and crystal-clear waters – it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Rhodes. Thank you for the great service and for making our day so special. We had so much fun! We visited several locations along the coast and have plenty of time to swim and enjoy the views. Having to pay for fuel in addition to the hire price was annoying but didn’t ruin the day.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had driving up and down the coast exploring the caves jumping off the rocks the sea was gorgeous. The boat was gorgeous definitely coming back. Can’t beat the freedom of being your own captain and hanging with your mates, and your own tunes. Well worth it! Lastly, we anchored off a gorgeous sandy beach and went for lunch in the beach restaurant Tsambaki beach all sand no pebbles
We rented the brand-new luxury speed boat for 4 hours, and it was an absolute dream—truly the highlight of our holiday! The boat was stunning, and the whole experience felt like something out of a movie. Michael is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met so friendly and welcoming, he instantly put us at ease. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything about the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this company, and Michael will always take great care of you with a big, genuine smile!

Scam place and shitty boat?? Also we rented 80hp engine and we got a shitty 30hp that was not working because the engine light was on.. speed boat my ass more like snail boat. Also theres no fridge, no speekers, no deepsounder, no guidesmaps, no usbplace and no gps as they told. We meants all these things and the guy just told us that they only have different color of boats.

Let's start with the positive: booking through Click&Boat was easy and straightforward. Prepayment was also good. Michalis was waiting on site with the boat, which was also in good condition, well-maintained, and clean. However, what was stated very far down on the Click&Boat website was that petrol wasn't included in the price, and where it was stated, there was no price. Once we got there, we found out we had to pay €150 in cash. Before the trip, not after! But it wasn't the petrol that cost €150, it was only €100. €50 was for some kind of security on the water (this wasn't mentioned anywhere during booking!). Payment was only possible in cash (apparently there was a card reader on site). He then offered us the option of making an instant transfer to his private account with the reference "Tip" (shame on anyone who thinks otherwise). We didn't receive a receipt or anything for this payment. But then things got underway relatively quickly. After a short briefing, we were ready to set off. We spent a very nice day on the water, seeing beautiful bays with crystal-clear water. We didn't drive much (we still had a good half tank of fuel left), so we quickly wondered what would happen to the remaining gas in the tank? When we arrived at the harbor with the boat, we naturally asked if we could offset it? €45 is €45, and suddenly the mood changed completely. (Luckily, our son spoke good English) good old Michalis even threatened to call the police just because we insisted on charging for the gas. We even agreed to the police, but then it would have come out that €150 had ended up in his private account without any tax documentation. So, the police issue was quickly over ?. We told him we'd take the tank and fill it up the car, since it was the gas we paid for. He then asked for my IBAN and paid €45 back. So, we've learned from this and now ask about hidden costs when making such bookings.
Great service, superb explanations and instructions. We had absolutely no problems driving because the boat rental company gave us such a good introduction. Otherwise, the boat was in top condition and an incredibly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

⚠️ Complaint about boat rental in Rhodes – disappointing and disrespectful experience Our trip with this boat rental company was unfortunately a bitter disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee whose demeanor was anything but professional: rude, disrespectful, and irascible. Instead of support or friendliness, we received only condescending comments – apparently because we don't speak perfect English. Communication via a translation program was immediately rejected, stating that there was "no time." Without any prior notice, we were charged an additional fee of over €50 for a supposed "security deposit at sea" – not selected in the app booking. When we asked about it, there was no explanation, just an annoyed shrug and the phrase: "That's just how it is." When we later dropped anchor at sea and it couldn't be lifted, we received the unbelievable response: "That's your problem, you have to help yourself." No support, no help – just ignorance. The employee finally showed up, but drove the boat back and forth aggressively and completely uncontrollably until the anchor—which, by the way, was attached to the chain with a cable tie—broke. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of this. He then demanded that we pay for the damaged anchor. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also dangerous. The employee was rude, overwhelmed, and showed no sense of responsibility. He didn't take the time to explain things and treated us with disdain from the start. He is definitely unsuitable for dealing with customers—his demeanor was more reminiscent of a construction worker with a rage in his stomach than someone responsible for safety and service on the water.

This owner is incredibly rude. We rented a boat on Tuesday, and when we arrived, the owner gave the boat to the people in front of us. Then, a day later, we got another boat for the same price, and the boat was much smaller.
Excellent communication when booking the boat. Michalis has an excellent fleet of boats; our Poseidon was in excellent condition and a pleasure to sail. Highly recommended if you're looking to rent a boat.

Had a super nice day! Reception was good, explanation was good. Unfortunately we had some waves in the morning which made sailing a bit less comfortable. In the afternoon this went away and it was super tight! Beautiful places that you can visit in peace, boat is clean and equipped with a good sound system. Tip; if you want chilled drinks, there is a storage compartment for drinks/food, but you have to bring your own ice. So there is no real refrigerator. Great day!!

I strongly advise against it! We booked an 80hp boat (because I have a boating license) with a refrigerator and a cabin, but none of that. We got a 30hp boat (restricted!) without a cabin or refrigerator, plus a pre-boarding surcharge of €154 or €110 cash for a 20L tank of gas and supposedly insurance.
Upon our arrival, we received a very friendly welcome, and all the formalities were completed quickly. We received a quick and comprehensive briefing on the boat and the surrounding area. The trip began within 15 minutes of our arrival. The boats are very clean and in excellent technical condition. Overall, we had a truly fantastic day on the water. We highly recommend booking through the rental station.

Everything was great. Newest boat (less than 2 months old). They speak every language, everything is explained really well. Description of the location could be more precise. But otherwise very cool. Could definitely do it again.
