He offered to upgrade us to a better boat and helped us set out with a great skipper, Inés, who was attentive and friendly at all times to ensure we had the best experience. A great experience on the island of Formentera!!

Unfortunately, the worst experience we have had in Formentera and we have been going every summer for 20 years. They take advantage of a platform like this, to rent boats from an external company, providing negligent service, putting those of us who rent the boat and the island's sailors in danger. This adds up to an arrogant treatment, lack of respect with children present. All this is already in the hands of the competent authorities, but in summary: - Lack of a gasoline sensor, nor the ability to open their cans. - No type of control over the aeronautical permits required to drive said vessels. - Lack of vests saved on the boats in case of any incident. - Lack of man overboard installation in both boats connected to the ignition key. - Denial of rescue service by the company when it reported that one of the boats was adrift. All this, in the middle of August, adrift at the Espalmador crossing, with children of 5 and 6 years old. an impressive boat traffic and the denial of help to tow us to port, due to their error, or intentional, of not fully loading the gasoline cans, nor having their sensors in operation. Caused ships to be stranded on the high seas.

Upon arriving at the ship and disassembling the solarium to install the table, there was a delay due to a recessed tube from the table with the consequent delay. When we removed the mats, we found potatoes and other remains of food underneath, along with a large amount of sand. Come on, I had to clean the boat myself, disassembling the mats and passing the hose. When commenting on the delivery of the boat, the girl at the reception put on a poker face. And that we are not in high season, I do not want to think about how the boats will be delivered on August 15. The awning of the boat is not effective and you have to remove it for each trip, it is not one of those that folds, you have to install it.

There was a delay in the departure because there were damages in the ceiling, however they compensated us by delaying the return time. The skipper of the boat (Fito), treated us great and was very kind. When we deliver the boat, they tell us that we have to pay for the fuel, a detail that was not reflected in writing when renting it as if the rest of the items (skipper, cleaning, insurance, parking service, transfer to the port).

Aurelio and team are the best! We came from Bilbao to take a boat for a day and it was perfect.

The reception was very good, the explanation of the boat, routes, etc. as well. The only drawback of this boat is how expensive it is to change from sundeck to table. Because of this you must choose before leaving how you want to be given. We chose a solarium, very comfortable, less to eat, you have to eat on top of it, the table is less stretched. We will repeat for sure
