Everything was perfect

Unfortunately, the boat we booked was broken down and we had to get a different one. We had to wait an hour, but they allowed us to add that time to our trip. The boat was severely underpowered, so we could hardly see anything and didn't get very far.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. After returning the boat, we were charged with damage that we definitely did not cause. Instead of clarifying the incident fairly or providing evidence, we were immediately demanded to pay for the damage. In addition, we had problems with the anchor. Instead of helping us resolve the issue or finding a fair solution together, we were simply told we could just leave the anchor there and would have to pay an additional €50. What was particularly disappointing was that it was later claimed several times that we had been explicitly instructed to take photos of the boat before departure. However, we are certain that this was not said. There were four of us on board, and none of us can recall any such instruction. Overall, the communication was extremely unprofessional. We were pressured and even told that we would have to pay an additional €500 in the event of police intervention. When we didn't agree immediately, the amount demanded was suddenly reduced. This gave us the impression that they were trying to unfairly charge us. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend this provider. Anyone renting a boat from them should thoroughly document the boat's condition before and after the trip with photos and videos and have all existing damage confirmed in writing. When we refused to accept their demands, they suddenly reduced the amount they were asking for, which made the whole situation seem even more suspicious. For these reasons, we cannot recommend this provider. If you decide to rent a boat here, make sure to take detailed photos and videos before and after your trip and have any existing damage documented in writing to protect yourself from false damage claims.

Wear and tear parts are billed to the customer. So obvious that when the boat is returned, the operator's relatives are already grinning and rubbing their index fingers and thumbs... Only when the police are threatened do they start to negotiate the return of the deposit... Never again!
