Absolutely brilliant day out. Communication with Manolis was excellent from start to finish. He was really easy to deal with and answered everything before we arrived. We had a proper lesson in the port before heading out, which put us completely at ease. He brought ice for the cool box too, so all our food and drink stayed cold all day. Best bit was seeing a sea turtle. Genuinely amazing. Highlight of our holiday and honestly one of the best days I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful day on the water and the boat worked well throughout the trip. The staff was polite and friendly, and the overall experience was enjoyable. We would also like to mention that the company kindly offered to pick us up from our hotel and drive us back after the trip, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, due to some personal circumstances, we were unable to arrive at the original time of 10:00 a.m. We informed the company one day in advance that we would be arriving at 11:00a.m. instead and rented a car so that we could come by ourselves. However, we were disappointed because the boat we received did not fully match the photos shown in the advertisement. Although it was the same model, it appeared to be significantly older and more worn. One of the metal rails on the boat was damaged and seemed to have been repaired using adhesive or a similar material. The boat itself was clean and mechanically worked without any issues during the trip, but its overall condition was below our expectations considering the price we paid. Communication could also be improved. Even though we had informed the company about our delayed arrival in advance, we still had to wait in the sun for around 10-15 minutes and it was difficult to reach someone by phone and messages. The same happened when we returned to the port. Although we sent a message 10–15 minutes before arriving back, nobody was there to help us dock the boat, so we had to park it ourselves.After that we waited again ~10 minutes for someone to come. You can pay for the gas only cash ( that was not a problem, ATM’s very close to port, 1 minute ) Overall, the trip itself was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time at sea, but the company should make sure that the boats provided match the condition shown in the pictures and offer more responsive customer support. Maybe we will come back, we are not regretting this trip. Thank you Manolis !
We absolutely loved our time out on this boat! It was a little unclear where to meet Manolis and we would’ve loved a little more advice on where to go, but he was very nice! He also took the time to teach us how to drive the boat - as it was our first time! The boat was clean, in great condition, and very easy to use! It was perfect for a day out on the water swimming and lounging.

Manolis and his team were very accommodating. We were supposed to sail one day but was too windy therefore Manolis kindly offered to reschedule to a day with better weather. The boat was incredible and can get some distance/speed in. We did about 6hours ish trip and used half a tank which costed us €25. Would recommend Manolis to anyone. Certainly will be coming back again! Thank you!
It was such an amazing experience. Everything was perfect from the quality of the boat to the owner and the others helping. I highly recommend. They made sure we had everything we needed such as a power bank, speaker and snorkels.

Very happy all around. I had a lot of questions as we had small children. They arranged for us to have a slightly bigger boat at the same price so the children would be more comfortable. While fuel wasn't included it was very affordable at €25 (for what we used). All round very happy and would recommend.
The boat was in a really good condition. We were 2 adults and a 3 years old child. The instructor was very nice and explained all relevant rules which are mandatory on the sea. The team is very friendly. We plan to come back. Thank you

It was a very nice experience! It’s a beautiful coastline to explore but the water can be quite rough. The boat fits 6 people but it loses a lot of speed with that many people. We had to wait long for our boat but we got all that time back at the end of the day. Keep in mind that you have to pay extra for the gasolina, so maybe talk to renter about this price before.
We had such a lovely afternoon on the boat, unfortunately when we arrived we couldn’t have the boat we booked because of the weather conditions (as none of us had a boat driving license and to have a skipper as well would exceed the amount of people allowed on the boat) however we were offered any other boat of our choice and a skipper for the afternoon to make sure we still got to enjoy some time out on the boat, without any extra cost. We were taken to two very nice swimming spots and overall it was just a really good day that couldn’t have been handled better, thank you so much for accommodating us. (Also petrol cost was very fairly priced)

Manolis and his wife were by far the best boat rental company I could have imagined. I proposed to my girlfriend on the boat. It was a complete success thanks to the huge help of Manolis and his wife, who even decorated the boat for me, bought a bouquet of flowers and took care of other small details. It really was a dream proposal, just as you would imagine :) Once again from my fiancée and me, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart! Manolis explained everything very well, so that we were able to have a lovely boat trip together. Two great people, both personally and professionally.

Sofia and Manolis were super nice. They prepared fruit and drinks on ice for us. Very uncomplicated and very quick on site. After a short briefing we were able to spend the whole day at sea. The return trip was also completely relaxed, including tips for dinner. We would be happy to do it again.
Our experience with Manolis, who rented us a boat through Click&Boat, was absolutely first class. With wind force 3, we received a larger model at no extra charge, which exceeded our expectations. Manolis' friendly welcome was warm and he explained and showed us everything in detail. What's particularly worth mentioning is that we even received free ice cubes for our boat. It was a nice gesture and showed Manolis' hospitality. Unfortunately it was very windy that day, which was a bit of a downer, but that was out of his control. The boat itself was very new and well equipped with everything you need for a great day on the water. We would like to rent from Manolis again and recommend his services without reservation on Click&Boat. Thank you for this fantastic experience!
Everyone was super nice. However, the ad said you should come directly to the port, which was apparently wrong, you had to go to the office first. That took a bit of time, but Manolis kindly made up for it. Otherwise everything is great and I would recommend it

The boat was not super clean (lots of hair, sand) and was not super clean. It said that a band was present and skies to do water skiing but was not present. Owner was 15 minutes late for our appointment to start our boat at 10:00 am.

Renting the boat went smoothly. The boat was in a very good and clean condition and the landlord Manolis welcomed us very warmly (despite a small delay on our part) and looked after us before and after the rental. There was also a detailed explanation of how to operate the boat for us, which we all found very good. I can definitely recommend Manolis Boot FEDRA to everyone, the four of us were safe and sound with too much luggage;) and everything worked out very well. Up to 3 adults fit on the large lying area at the front, 1 at the wheel and 1 to 2 in the back seat, but the size of the four was actually very comfortable. Manolis also offers 3 other boats, on our next visit to Crete we will certainly contact him again and then rent the speed dinghy! (Driver's license required) Dear Manolis, we thank you again for the super nice day on your boat and your very warm manner as a host. We wish you and your family all the best and see you next time!
